From what I recall, Alyssa has been the best Republican presenter so far. She has knowledge, experience and education. She is always polite and her opinions are fact based. Finally, a good Republican in the show.
I disagree with almost everything she says, but I agree she’s always respectful and you can disagree with someone without being rude and offensive.
I grew up with Hanson. Let’s is so sweet of them to do this for her (both her coworkers and Hanson). Alyssa has always reminded me of the friends I had in college who were Republicans. We had friendly debates, agreed to disagree, and then went on and had an awesome time at whatever party or performance we had. I’m so glad they replaced whiny McCain with Alyssa.

As a Hanson of 27 years I gotta say they are so underrated. If you only know Mmmbop do yourself a favor and check out more songs from them. They are such talented songwriters and musicians. I just love Hanson and I'm so happy they and their families are doing well.

As I see it, all the View ladies were very wary of Alyssa's presence on the show -- especially Sunny and Joy. It seems they have now all warmed up to her. She is truly a genuine person and has the most knowledge about the current political situation and is very good at articulating it. The other ladies now look to her for her analysis and opinions and love to hear her 'behind the curtain' stories of the Trump White House. She is not afraid to express different views and has gained the respect of the others doing so. I sure hope the warmth the other ladies now show to her is real. She has truly earned her right to sit on the panel.
