It's been more than 10 years that the autotune has been used in any type of production, and much longer that we artificially correct the pitch (melodyne \o/) drift to match the standardization of modern mixes and their smoother and whatever the style of music Especially on modern metal on pitch drifting, and Rap music for autotune. Sorry for those who convey the fantasy that singers have the same voice in studio as in live, this is false :'). I concede without problem that my bad mixing of the voice and mda stereo overused brings a very digital dimension, in addition to the fact that the guitar on this instrumental is a VSTi, it doesn't help for sure, but believe me or not, (to be honest, it's changes nothing to me) if you listen carefully, you'll ear that there is no notes that matches perfectly with the pitch, I did not use autotune or even melodyne on this one :'). Btw, listen to 3:24, the stereo plugin is turned off at this moment, tell me what you feel on this moment ;). Take a look about my Gintama's opening Cover, or Dragon Ball Kame x Zaylem, I was sick on both and I used melodyne on a lot of parts to help me ^^.
The vocals to this are so challenging, everything from the speed and the range and the energy, and you pretty much nailed it!
