    You can’t buy dedication and grit like this. You create and feed it. You guys raised one tough kid. If you aren’t continuing to better yourself and learn day in and day out, you’re already losing. The competition is soft right now, besides a couple dudes. If Haiden keeps grinding, all he will do is prevail. To win and shove this “worst track” BS back into the haters’ faces, dude…. THAT WAS SICK! Thank you for showing this! I know, you don’t want to show too much of what you do due to the competition, but this is great for people to see. Especially young kids. Teaches them what it takes, but even grown adults like myself. Your work ethic is truly inspiring. Good luck the rest of the season guys!

      @@MrIke303 It takes a lot to do this right now. I raced through the 90’s and didn’t know about eating right and all that. I just practiced twice a week and rode my SE Quadangle BMX bike. I made it pretty far considering I started too late in life at 12-13 years old and if I said what I did someone negative would just say I am lying or something. Point is to make it this far you have to want it. When I was young all I could think about was just being able to race. I never thought that drive would go away but it did. Happy to still have a couple CR500’s an RM250 and a KX 125 to putt around on out here on the ranch.

      @@jro341 I hear ya man. I pursued professional golf my entire life. Battled injury after injury. The highs were high and the lows were insanely low. It was still one hell of an experience and made me who I am today, and I like that person. I can’t imagine how much this kid does in his daily routine to be this good. Like you said, you have to want it, and be ready to truly sacrifice. If you can learn to work this hard and have the mindset he does at this young of age, the sky is the limit. Excited to see what happens next with him.

      @@MrIke303 That is awesome going for pro golf. I still have clubs but was never that good, had a couple eagles, that's it. I definitely had injuries. Broke the crap out of my ankle at Joliet supercross in 2000. That was pretty much the end. Motocross and being a machinist made me who I am, and I am good with that person too. Have a good one.

    That scrub to pass kitchen on the restart was by far the best move in motocross i have ever seen. Everyone even james stewart was like oh he almost wrecked. Watching it again haiden had full control on that scrub. I bet kitchen when he saw that went damn there is no stopping haiden. Much respect to haiden and the whole team. General not only is it entertaining but also inspiring to see Haiden’s dedication to his craft . The snake you couldn’t identify was a copperhead. A member of the Pit Viper family and a venom (neurotoxin) that affects breathing and the muscular system. Their range is mostly in the Eastern U.S. and throughout Florida. Be careful guys !!!

    • @Steezy_Mx
      @Steezy_Mx 13 днів тому +1

      Haiden spoke about during a post-race interview with Swap Moto Live. Yes, he almost lost it but because of skill and some luck, he managed to save it. He said "They wanna see what I do every weekend so when I pull stuff out like that where I'm making a pass on the first lap, nearly dying and almost killing myself, the fans go crazy..... I mean yeah.....that was cool so......the fans have been great though."
      As an mx rider, whenever I have moments where I almost wreck or have a gnarly get off but somehow save it, it's a great feeling and you feel like a pro or a bad ass. There is definitely skill involved with a little bit of luck.

Like Brian said, he hates to lose more than he likes to win, Brian has always been great at showing his kids how to set a bar and standard high and to reach it and how to reach it in a smart and logical way. He’s so much fun to watch, this is stuff you’re born with and he’s put in the effort and discipline to not waste that 👏

    Glad to see you guys got to enjoy some of New England other than the wick next time you’re up you gotta get up to Vermont the monument up there and go to the top. See the three states leave us green mountains. Don’t know if they still have the Alpine slide there or the buggies you can ride down the mountain but it’s pretty cool. We call a mountain probably called a hill from being out west the highest is Mount Washington 3900 I believe but the highest wind speed has been recorded on Mount Washington so we can get pretty serious
