Hi, the reset buttom is on the base of the device. You can find something like a pin to press the Reset button at the bottom of the camera and hold it for 15 seconds to restore the settings to factory defaults.
Just thought it might help you all to know, Maisi was doing some kind of update on their servers so that’s why it all went offline in the first place, if you did nothing in those 1-2 days then you will find everything is up and running as before, for those of you that followed Maisi’s instruction on resetting then it’s more than likely that your Wi-fi connection method is messed up and you can only connect via Ethernet. Having sent many emails to Maisi, there seems to be no solution to do this, as doing full reset and even deleting the app and reinstalling does not solve the issue. I even tried to install the software on my laptop and still no luck to adding the camera back again via Wi-fi connection. Email Maisi Good luck.
Does not work you missed the step from the instructions. The step about reset and no reset button exits on back as manually says.

I have 2 of these cameras and both stopped working yesterday, i tried to reset everything but it fails to connect to server.
same issue dude, only ethernet cable works but wifi is screwed!
oh and another thing, in Europe we dont have 5g network yet
