May I ask where you found your recipes? Or did you make your own with your past baking experience? People have shared recipes but I don't always want the exact same and unsure if tweaking them messes up the baking process since I don't have knowledgeable baking background. 😅
I make my own recipes and kept notes during the development process. Trial and error ended up being my friend! Tweaking recipes is necessary to obtain the results you're looking for. Don't be afraid to get in there and make mistakes. Keep a notebook handy!
