Well I boiled it exactly the same way and it came out to be amazing, it's just one should know how much time we need to boil it lol..the sandwiches were great we all loved it including my kid's.❤thank you.😊

Do not grind it TRUST ME I made and the texture was very bad. While eating I felt like vomit. Do not boil the chicken it over cooks, better cut small chicken pieces and cook it in pan with lil oil or ghee for 12 mins cover the lid for 5 mins low to medium heat in the end.
No..i tried it it was very delicious..you must have not put in the correct spices...and also chicken in soup is always boiled and ot doesnt taste like vomit..these sandwiches with boiled chicken are amazing

I did boil the chicken as well but i fried it as well, for over 20 mins (along with vegetables) and they tasted perfect
