Some of the best finishing i have ever seen Wolfie a credit to the game of darts
Wolfie mate, that is pure class 👏🏻
Wow not just some of the best finishing by the wolf but some of the best by anyone in such a short game
This is astonishing astonishing finishing, exhibition stuff really. Its like a tutorial of high finishes on D18. He did the 156, 153 and 150 on D18 as well as 157 and 136. Unbelievable shotmaking.
With the greatest of respect, that is the best performance I've seen from Wolfie. Absolutely magnificent.
then you have not seen much of him... darts its more the. high finishes
This is why he is my hero ever since I was 5, wolfie all the way 🐺🐺🐺
You can't be serious??!
@@redmd9772 oh I am serious, who says darts is a young man's game cos even at 65 Martin is hitting nine darters on the online darts live league like he did last year
🐺🐺🐺 wooooooooooooooooooooooooh
Wolfie is still one of the best trowers out there!!
no
Loving seeing Wolfe back hitting the big finishes. Great darts player.
Pure class by the wolf
He was on fire
I'm loving the side view
One of the best dart players to play
Good player but far from that, never tested himself in the PDC which is the higher standard. Probably wouldn't be in the best top 10 players of all time.
I hope he wins it
wow great darts...
This was incredible
Was an amazing tournament and hopefully it gets more of the legends playing again and I personally want to see Rocket Ronnie Baxter give it a go next time round.
Never understood why Martin never switched to the PDC, he was certainly good enough to compete.
Because he don't like the system
@@kennyverbeke7588 What the one where would have been beaten for his whole career? He stood no chance against the original breakaway players from the BDO he couldn't even win much in the BDO
@@redmd9772 lol he won the lakeside from 2007 with Garry Anderson and Mvg , he won the masters from Waites when Waites won the grand slam by the PDC, he beats Gurney 2 times at the lakeside, he beats Thorton who wins majors by the PDC and he beats Chisnall.... also he wins 8 times from Barney in his career...
@@kennyverbeke7588 Seriously you aint got a clue
@@redmd9772 nah adams entered 3 pdc tournaments early 2000s and reached the semis in world match play and quarters of world grand prix. He was definitely good enough for the pdc, comfortable top 16 player maybe top 10, he was a better player than Mervyn king and look what he achieved
Should become the first to win it.
@@garrettkelly5568 Might, only player with 3 averages above 90 so far. They all have a fair chance tbh but i really hope Wolfie takes it.
Fair play
Best finishing I’ve ever seen go on lad
does anyone know which type of flight he might be using?
I was checking around for them as well lol.🤣. Bit late with an answer, but they look to be the COSMO DARTS - FIT FLIGHT PRO - S-SERIES - WHITE - S5 Fantail
Great finishing but what the hell are they throwing at that board is shocking
Target Aspar, decent quality board tho... just the number ring is poop
@@mura-moto Yeah. I remember the days of wire numbers.
It's designed so it can be rotated and look the same (that's why it says target and aspar 5 times each) and a minimalistic number ring that doesn't suffer so much when darts hit it (like the ones that have paint on them do).
I do agree it looks weird cause we're not quite used to it but, aside from maybe changing the number ring (mainly cause the numbers are small), I like it.
Wow
Martin looks like a Bo Selecta version of himself
He should go to Q school
After AA
Clinical.
why are they booing?
because Adams never joined the PDC
Gruß Lars Bechthold aus Fellingshausen⚽️🎱🇮🇹🍕🏓🎯🏀🌞☀️🕶🦊
Barry Hearns "You're not really that good",,,,,, REALLY !!!!
And everyone be like "Adams wouldn't win a leg in the PDC blah blah blah"... (and other brainless juvenile whinging).
He stood absolutely zero chance when the breakaway happened, he was and never has been anywhere near the likes of Taylor, Priestly, Lowe, Bristow or Wilson etc he couldn't even compete in the BDO when every real player left
Along with all the dopes acting like Adams was a world beater because he won a match in some senior event.
@@redmd9772 Yep the proof is in the pudding. Adams couldn't even qualify for the Lakeside before the split. Post-split he was an also ran for a decade until Barney and most of the other top players left.
Ddddddammmnn
Wolfie is exactly how i picture all brexit voters.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzz
One of the best players of all time?. No, Played in the BDO and did sod all till all the good players left then it really was just a pub tournament he won.
Lol, he plays the semis from the world matchplay en quarter finals from the grand prix and final in the world darts trophy when the best pdc players are there. This was long before his best years.
He won the lakeside in 2007 when MVG, garry Anderson and king where there. He beats in 2010 Gurney and Chisnall in the final. He plays in the last 16 of the grand slam at the age of 59 and you say he is not good enough for the pdc 🤣. At least top 5 of all time.
@@kennyverbeke7588 Adams got thrashed by Taylor at the Matchplay and the World Darts Trophy final. He lost at the Grand Prix to an ancient John Lowe.
He also lost in the first round the other time he played the Matchplay and lost all three matches at the other Grand Slam he played.
Adams spent a decade trying to win the Lakeside, he was famous for blowing leads like against Mason in 99 or losing in the first round to jobbers like Steve Coote and Roger Carter.
Barney beat him every time they met in a major. He battered him 6-2 at the Lakeside in 2005 and 2006. He battered him 6-1 in the Masters semi in 2005. He lost the 2006 Masters final 7-5 to a 17-year-old MVG after leading 5-2.
After Barney and co had all left by 2007 his stiffest comp was a literal pub player Phill Nixon who averaged 87 over 13 sets and Adams still hilariously blew a 6-0 lead before Nixon himself ran out of steam and gave up in the last set.
Beating the likes of Gurney and Chisnall when they were novices playing Lakeside for the first or second time against a 25 year pro doesn't make Adams a world beater or top 5 of all time (lol).
Adams might have been good enough to hang around the top-20 in the PDC like Chisnall or Mervyn King do but he'd never have been a world champion.
