Bugger me the weather went crazy in the second half!
The jersey colors are so confusing. Surly the hosts can wear their normal colors?
Yeah, these are the worst uniforms I've ever seen. Tahs should be in blue, Brumbies in white. Both being in part white, part blue is confusing AF.
Just one job to do, and they still managed to screw it up
I was watching in Asia. Chatting to my Brother in Aust. We talked about that in the first mins. Bad choice.
The bloody organizers behind it are idiots, especially if it's not the sponsors themselves as usual culprits.
@jeannealbertusduplessis824 I couldn't agree more.
What’s going on with kit selection? The last few weeks we’ve seen two teams wearing nearly identical colours several times. Must be tough on the refs, it’s bad enough for spectators. Makes no sense, especially in the wet.
They really weren't so bright on Culture Round here
Damn it's been pouring down in Sydney, straight puddles on that field 👍
The kit similarity is madness.
I also don't understand how with 2,5 million colour variations both teams end up looking so close. The jerseys are too elaborate. Just a home team where purple of some kind to distinguish them from the visitors
This is ridiculous. We had the Blues play the Reds both in different strips despite no colour clash, we now have two teams in culture strips in different colours to their main strips that clash with the opposition.
Bring back pre 2015 commentators...never had a dull game
Playing conditions in the rain look worse than that game in Fiji a few weeks back!
Loved the weather
bit of a kit clash
Ridiculous
“Perennial underachievers” - John Connolly when describing the Waratahs. Still the case I guess
That’s very clever, except those “perennial underachievers” were the last Aussie team to win Super Rugby.
I'm just impressed the refs can tell the teams apart with those confusing kit, the torrential rain and both jerseys well stained grey
Referee has power to demand jersey change before starting the match.
WTF?
Waterpolo. What a wonderful sport. 😜🤣🤣💦💦💦💦💦
OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How many players drowned?
valentini is the standout aussie for me. him against our ardi will be a pearler bledisloe
Can you get the kit selection right next time please
Super Rugby and jersey clashes…
Yikes the torrential rain in the 2nd half. Pretty sure the game would have been called off if the weather was like that at the kick-off.
Terrible kit leave as it was , l couldnt who was who at first .
Aussie rugby union teams have improved immensely this season compared to previous one. This bodes well for the wallabies.
Old school mudfest!
My favourite Super Rugby ref, Ben O'Queef
Weird strips. Is there not meant to be a contrast?
13 straight wins for Brumbies over Tahs. That's mental.... AU might have to centralise and distribute talent to try even things out.
Why should rugby Australia "try to even things out"...
NSW (together with QLD) are the biggest rugby market in the country, and have access to the largest pool of up and coming rugby players of all States.
The issue is that NSW rugby are not able to run their organisation competently.
May the best team win - this is not an under13 social comp.
Somehow, I don't think that it would have been 13 straight defeats to ACT if NSW still had Israel Folau.
Boohoo, still salty 😂
Still not worth having someone like that. He was very happy to break the rules of his contract at the first tweet, whilst banging on about morals.
Wouldn't trust him.
@@pastorofmuppets8834 It's called freedom of expression. Australia is after all NOT a communist country. (Or is it becoming one?) His tweets had nothing to do with rugby. And he was at the time the leading try scorer in Superugby.
@@axelwebb5349 it's called breaking a contract.
He could have easily not signed it.
But he did.
Then broke it.
Then whined about "freedom of speech" and "freedom of religion".
No one falls for that stupid explanation anymore mate.
@@pastorofmuppets8834 Yes. Freedom of speech isn't allowed anymore for Jews and Christians. But DON'T DARE OFFEND Islam. The vast majority of Australian politicians are spineless wonders with no balls or courage.
Why can’t teams just wear their regular colours every week?
3 points given to B after taking a player out in the air. Ref gave two soft penalties to B for tah not rolling away, but clearly rolled and werr not impedingbor nearvthe ball availability. Sader fan..just saying.
Was that taking a player out of the air...? The Tah player tried to reach the ball on top of the Brumbies player but could not reach it.
Sure, the Tahs lost last night (and the previous 12 matches) because of the ref...just saying
New rugby law ,no soccer skills on the field 😅
Shit weather man. Good game though.
Allan Ala'alatoa is a household name but this commentator won't be bothered to pronounce it correctly. Not even during culture round.
Bullshit jersey sellection,.
Culture round means wear the same jersey as if you were at home but with cultural patterns. Who wanted to make both white jerseys for culture round? I blame NSW since it’s their home game haha so dumb. No wonder why NSW rugby union isn’t going anywhere. Waratahs should represent everyone except Western Sydney 😂
Couldnt tell who was who? Now i have a headache. Im suing for expenses for panadol
Stop with the paying respect to ABOs bullshit. Everyone is tired and over it.
