I assume that it could be a bug but nevertheless, whether it is a browser issue or related to ISE, its cosmetic meaning, its not going to cause significant disruption as you saw in my demo. There is similar reference to changes not taking place after they've been saved here: CSCwe49167 and CSCwc65802; both not related but shows that it could possibly be ISE over the brower.

I'm assuming you are referring to a distributed deployment where you have x2 PANs?
7:18 it is not related to the version, it is related to the browser. Or you mention that is a cosmetic BUG, can you provide the BUG ID?
