"hope flutters"
"hope" can be sort of a wish - however people that really hold onto "hope" they want hope to be an active part of their life and not just a wish. Hope flutters with movement day in and day out.
So the wishing of hope is helpful - like hope you have fun! But the active hope is more like a task. "The Task of Hope." (something I published).
That will get things fluttering!
