You are so right! It was adhesive from the heat tape that was inside my mug press. I had a good run, but I will now be adding the butcher paper to my process.
Fabulous! I loved this episode; especially the "Homebody" shirt and the stacked mugs - I have been putting off doing them for years and I have the blanks in my cupboard. Thank you! K
Okay. Your nails are AMAZING! Great projects! Oh I did a video with the same red glitter on t-shirts back in the summer for July 4th. I had good luck with it. I also just made a new Christmas craft with it and it worked great. 😊
I think when using the mug sublimation machine you need to wrap the mugs with butcher paper to avoid any ink or residue left in the machine to contaminate your new project. That ink inside your press must be from a previous project and now its staining your other projects. I would try the butcher paper method to see if that helps. Great projects in this video! As always, very inspiring, thank you!
Oh, for sure! I honestly have had my mug press for two years and never really covered my mugs but what ended up happening was that the mug press was heating up my heat tape and smearing adhesive inside. So, I'll be changing up my process from here on. Thank you for the helpful tip and for watching! :)
lol no I do not but I have been thinking about it because my nails have been getting more attention lately. They are press on nails from Impress! amzn.to/4fy07N0
Would you please tell us where you purchased everything that the bag that you put the purple monogram on what fabric was it made out of? Was it kind of a wipeable fabric or more of a canvas and the ho ho ho on the towel is it does it stick up so you would feel it when you wipe your hands?
Every blank I used in this video is from Hobby Lobby. The canvas bag with the purple detail is lined with a different, wipeable material...but I'm sure will still stain depending on what you would use the bag for. As for the dish towel with the iron on ho ho ho patches, it is more for a decor piece for the kitchen. It's a rough, thin material. But there isn't any adhesive that you can feel on the back side.
You should wrap your mugs with butcher paper to stop the ink from ruining your mug press! Love your channel!
That’s what I was gonna say. Bethadilly wraps hers with butcher paper. I love these gifts!! Great job!!
@@topcroppertoo funny, I was coming in to say the same thing.

Thank You!!! It's so good to know that the glitter sticks well/ works normal with clothing items! I appreciate you letting me know! :)
Great Projects!
Thanks for watching!

If you lock the focus on your camera, it won’t get all blurry when you move hands everywhere.
Yes, I forget about that too often! Thank you for taking the time to comment and for watching! Happy Holiday! :)
I have seen other crafters use butcher paper inside the mug press.
Yes, I should be...I figured out that it was adhesive that was inside my mug press.
When using your mug press you should be using butcher paper.
Thank you for the tip!
The acrylic tags were already gold at HL?
They were, yes, they were already gold, but i was there the other day, and they have silver too!
Off topic but do you have a nail painting video?
lol no I do not but I have been thinking about it because my nails have been getting more attention lately. They are press on nails from Impress! amzn.to/4fy07N0

Is Pippi named after Pippi Longstocking?
I will have to ask pippy's momma about that! But it probably is! :)
I’m shocked you don’t wrap your mugs with butcher paper!!!!
I never have! And what was in my press was an adhesive, so I'm thinking it's from the heat tape... which could have been avoidable lol
