Got my pair as a 40th birthday present from a fellow sneaker head, desire for this Self Tightening Nike MAG has been 30 years in the making. 100% agree on going up a half size for thicker socks, I'm just a casual wearer no thick socks needed here but if you do want to wear as a court shoe with athletic socks definitely go up a half size. Otherwise it's a dream come true, it hits all the nostalgia buttons.
Copped mine earlier today via Nike UK in my size, and just got to wait a few days for delivery (can't believe it was still available!) 🤯🎉 These are likely gonna be my last cops for a few months, but for me worth it. However, the Black Mag's are coming out VERY soon, and though I do want (alongside the Jordan Crater's being released soon too), I am happy picking these up alongside my Space Hippie 01 Volt's last month for now 😊
2:38 The cables touching the mesh next to the tong, it makes me feel worry about the durability in long term perspectives.. it could first stained and maybe "burn" the mesh after tight them many times
Can confirm this yes. On my BB 2.0 Oreos under the lace is rubbing stain but must say never notice it myself in use as it is under cable only with massive moister will in bleed into material and widen stain marks.
These are really nice! I like the light grey and teal combination. I really like the colors over the zoom unit on the outsole! Kinda reminds me of a jawbreaker haha.

Somehow the OG go quite well with jeans like Momotaro, Pure Blue. Wish the mechanism wasn’t so loud tho. For playing they’re clunkers.
Personally, i dig the 2.0s cuz they kind of look like a batmobile. They should def make a batmobile/batman themed 2.0. Also, i think itd be an instacop if they made a mag theme/colorway on the automaxes.
My thumb was hovering over the pay button on Nike for a pair of these Adapt BB 2.0 in mag colourway today in the UK i have a pair of the white black oreos already so decided after much grunting and thought that I'd like to catch the Auto Max Wolfgrey/White/Aqua Blue

It wasn’t random Thoughts and a biased opinion of how you would have made the sneaker and if it’s innovative for the future. Don’t get me wrong I understand reviews are opinion based but some videos are much longer and u loose interest bcuz of that. There’s a few shoetubers I’ll wait now for other reviews cuz of that
I almost purchased them today on the UK store they had my size but i backed off, i have to Catch the Auto Max is this colourway, it is the closest to an official retail Mag shoe that Nike will have released to that point, i have the white/black Oreo colorway of the BB 2.0 and love the it, bit more of a moon boot than regular Jordans but I'm tall and broad so can where them casual with ease. The left shoe when tweaking the lace seems to be very quite compared to the right shoe wish the right was the same volume but when laceing them from a low to high preset the left one gets just as loud as the right.
I sold my Travis Scott Jordan 1's and purchased these. They run tight IMO but I know I'm the only one most likely in my city that has these. So I'm good. 😎

Super-futuristic design but couldn’t justify the cost so returned to Nike and I’ll stick with my Adapt Huaraches
Yes you can, make sure Shoes and App are all upto date and you can long hold on the colour button and the option is there... If you hold the 🔅 button you can choose 5m 30m and a full hour of pulsing lights.
Question for you man, I noticed that the price of the UK versions that come with a UK charger are significantly cheaper - can the USB plug on the charger be swapped out with a US one? Thanks!
The design definitely feels more refined than the 1.0, but I really am not a big fan of that colourway they keep trying to go with with these kicks. It looks fine in the OG mag, but I'm just not clicking with all the tertiary colours
The shoe looks better on feet but not in love with the stick out part under the pull tab. Wonder if there was anything there that needs extra volume. Is it me or the + & - button and the clear TPU carrier looks like a cartoon cat face? Seems to reinforce this look in the graphics printed on the insole
I honestly can’t decide between the BB Mag 1.0 and 2.0. On feet from the side the 2.0 seems like a lot but looks good. However, the 1.0 is much more comfortable. The 1.0 has too much clear mesh imo and that detracts from its overall appeal. The 1.0 is more true to the OG, but the 2.0 took a nice twist on it with the white midsole/paint. I just don’t know man.
The box for these are like a 1/3 of the size of the 1.0s haha, love the 1.0's but if i'm honest if i'm going to get these i'd rather spend the money on McFly dunks
Definitely sides a little more on a design rather than function stand point, I step on the bottom lip of the heel cap to slip them off. It has presence and frames the heel nicely, would have been cool to have the E.A.R.L lights across the back
