Hello everyone.
Today I share a Turkish spring rolls recipe, or called börek in Turkey. Spring roll wraps in Turkey is called yufka, made from thinned layers of dough. Börek usually filled with potatoes, cheese or vegetables. This time I make patatesli börek that is stuffed with potatoes. So easy and practical.
Patatesli Borek
Ingredients:
3 medium size potatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Chili powder
Sweet pepper powder
Spring roll wraps
