Turkish Pizza (Türk Pidesi)

520 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 package instant yeast (11 g)
320 ml water
50 g vegetable oil
Toppings:
Tomato pasta
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sucuk (processed beef)
Baking temperature: 220⁰C, 10-15 minutes depends on your oven
