Anti-Social Pinhead Rocks Out in Psychosocial Live, Day of the Gusano

- Another live video already?! Actually I filmed this May 1st and it was almost a month after the last one. But here's Psychosocial. Highlights of this video: Pinhead doing his thing, Sid the Cameraman, my favorite Corey mask, Clown's bouncy drum, a mystery guest, Jay's foot & some seriously sweaty hair.
***My next video will be the music video for Sulfur, but after that, I want another live one! It has to be a song I know already! It's all about the visuals, so keep that in mind. (And a link would be great so I don't end up watching the wrong one. Again.) Thanks!!!

The guy on 6:20 is V-Man, Alessandro Venturella, the band's bass player that came to replace Paul after his passing in 2010. Slipknot has some shameful episodes with bass players after Paul's death until they find V-Man, but that's for another time.
There was only one guy between Paul and Alex, Donnie Steele the original guitarist
Micks pours water in himself before and during the show as it makes headbanging look better...no one sweats that much 🤣
Eh, I don't know. I bet this man is a sweating dynamo. :D
@@MusicCatsandCoffee Try headbanging for 2 hours...surprised he's not stick thin 🤣
LOL
Mick does pour water on his head every time before taking the stage it’s a pre show ritual!
You can definitely sweat that much
My next video will be the music video for Sulfur, but after that, I want another live one! It has to be a song I know already (check out the list below)! It's all about the visuals, so keep that in mind. (And a link would be great so I don't end up watching the wrong one. Again.) Thanks!!!

I would say this devil and I live version but one that's not on your list is possibly people=shit live in London 2002
Solway Firth would be a nice one! ;)
They did the original Vermilion in the same event, you'll love it!

I would recommend prosthetics dynamo 2000, they were young then(and unstable lol) you gonna have alot to talk about I think
@ Adam N I only want songs I know. :)
Watching you react genuinely makes my day, you crack me up so damn bad. Love your content. Also side not you can see and hear Sid scratching around the time clown comes out and does his dance.
:)
I went to a concert for another band. People = Shit played, and my friend got hit in the back of the head with a flying shoe. His pupils were changing size rapidly, and the people around us went above and beyond to get him to the medics.
Ive never been so confused by circumstance, and Ive never seen so many people take care of each other while someone yelled at me. 100% instant, yet bewildered, fan of everything I saw.
My first Slipknot song was psychosocial when I was a little kid and saw it in the computer of a friend of my cousin in his house, and some years later youtube by chances of live recomended me that song and I instantly recognized that so I decided to hear it again out of curiosity, and well, now I have heard all the albums and freaking love them all.
By the way, yes, it's very fun to see you reacting to all of this stuff, thank you again!
I love you reviews. My first experience with Slipknot was when the opened for sevendust in 1999, the first song was sic. I have been hooked since then!
Jay Weinberg is amazing drummer..all band members look energetic because of the drum
Fun fact. V Man lives in Britain so came home for the pandemic shizzle. My mate messaged me to tell me he was buying a custom bass from the bloke in Slipknot. Didn't believe him so he sent me a photo and it was indeed true and the bugger didn't even get me a plectrum let alone take me with him for the meet. Some mate. All the band were selling stuff off to support their road crew during the pandemic. Amazing musicians and bloody nice guys into the bargain. Sorry for boring you but it's good to share I've heard.😁
I saw the Wait and Bleed music video in 1999. I was 12 and it blew my mind. Been a maggot ever since.
I know I've said this before, but I can't imagine listening to Slipknot at 12! Way too scary! :D I was into pop back then.
Snuff was actually my first song I heard. I knew the band existed, but never cared to listen to them. Then Snuff came on the radio. Like I said, it was just the perfect storm of events in my life.
The first song i ever heard was sic, followed by the rest of the self titled album, back in 1999 when it first came out. My cousin bought it just for the album cover alone. My 15 year old mind was blown and I have been a maggot ever since. Long live the Knot!
The first song I heard was Psychosocial, and also the Mystery Guy is Slipknot's bassist Alessandro Venturalla. Awesome job as well!
Ill never forget the first song i heard by them, Before I Forget. i watched the music video online at a friends house in 6th grade, i instantly fell in love
Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyy😍😍😍 I love when you watch live
Me too. They are fun to watch. :D
@@MusicCatsandCoffee thank you for replying me
First Knot song I heard was Wait And Bleed in '99. Was watching a Friday night show at about 6 in the evening. Blew my mind and next day went out and bought their album. Loved them ever since.Had the same effect on me as when I first saw the Sex Pistols in '76. Nothing like finding a new band to love.
I saw CMFT last night in OKLAHOMA CITY it was awesome he played snuff zzyzx rd and others it was a fun show
First slipknot song i ever heard was "Unsainted" , became a fan right then
You have a huge back catalog to go thru
Ay your're a little late, but it doesn't matter welcome to the family maggot. You have some catching up to do. 🤐
@@detectiveshortmen2212 ye sure i did! :D i think im pretty well caught up now :D
Love your reactions. I hope you react to a band called Adept. The one song by them that is tragic but empowering is called Down and Out.
You need to watch Vermilion from this show. It's amazing. Mick Thomsons solo is unbelievable. Also got to check out Custer live 2014.
Alright, you got me on the Xmas song but hear me out.
Psychosocial but with banjos.
First I heard was Everything Ends. Reading the lyrics I was sold 😃 First live experience was in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). They were touring with Slayer. CHAOS 😎🍺🤘
first song i ever heard was the entire Vol 3 album. my friend put it on at his birthday party and we just rocked out for like an hour.
Do Custer live day of the gusano. Looking forward to your commentary
First exposure to slipknot was the intro to eyeless that my colleague used as a ringtone 😅 I thought it was drum and bass initially
My first Slipknot exposure was My Plague off of the Resident Evil movie sound track. Been hooked ever since.
Oooh if not added yet you should add lech to the note pad! Underrated song in my opinion
First Slipknot song I ever heard was Unsainted. I saw the intro on Instagram and then listened to the whole thing on Spotify and fell in love w Slipknot
I’ve mentioned this once before, but my first experience with Slipknot was when “Wait and Bleed” hit MTV in ‘99.
I think it was wait and bleed. Long time ago when the song/album came out on the radio. Just heard it once or twice. Back then I couldn't look them up and see who they were lol
First song I heard was Orphan. One day I was workin on engines and I decided to download random music and I downloaded Orphan and I loved it from the first listen. Now I am a hardcore maggot
First Slipknot song I ever heard was Wait and Bleed and as a teen I was hooked. That album was one of the first Cd’s I picked out for myself 😂
"wait and bleed", but years after it came out. it was a bit too intense for me, but something about it intrigued me
Mystery man is V-Man took over after Paul passed away!
I think I first heard of slipknot from FBE’s Elders react to Slipknot when I was younger and they scared me really bad but years later after I got into metal I listened to Duality and it got me hooked on them. The second song that I really liked from them was Psychosocial. I don’t even listen to those songs too often anymore since I love so many of their other songs more.
The first slipknot song I heard was I Am Hated off the Iowa album. I think I was around 5 years old. It was on a rhythm game I was playing on the PS2 called Amplitude and I was scared to death. I avoided slipknot like the plague until 4 years later when I saw the Psychosocial MV on TV, and then I started listening to the rest of their music
"SPIT IT OUT" is the first song i have ever heard from them... it was playing in the background at a head shop. Funny as i asked, what they playing and they said Slipknot... The best part was the head shop also sold concert tickets to local venues. I bought 2 tickets to see Coal Chamber, and who would have known, Slipknot was one of the opening bands. Total chaos! Make me laugh saying... Slipknot opening for Coal Chamber... rest is history
First slipknot song that I heard was my plague the audio version and I loved it right away
Nah that's how Craig is or pinhead he's the very quiet one in the group.
you need to listen to custer, that song live is amazing
The first Slipknot song I heard was “Duality”. I have only recently been tiptoeing my way into Slipknot.
A rough cut of Surfacing i found on Napster. Then I got Wait & Bleed. I went and bought the album as soon as it was released.
Edit: I was also in the HS band. Lol.
Pinhead aka Craig Jones is the bands keyboardist and ominous sound effects engineer
First song I ever heard was Wait and Bleed. It was played in pretty heavy rotation on the radio here back in 2000. I remember clearly because a girlfriend of mine named Michelle thought the lyrics were "inside Michelle I wait and bleed" 🤔🤣🤣
LOL omg
First Slipknot song I ever heard was Wait and Bleed in 1999. Yes, I know, I'm old. I was hooked in my angry teenage years on the self-titled album after that.
First song for me was Surfacing! And that is Jay! That is Alessandro he is who they got to play bass after Paul’s death!
6:32 dont really know his name, but I think this is the guy that replaced Paul (RIP
V Man
133 is known to be quiet and antisocial. Oh and wait and was my first song of their's.
Duality was my first, "surfacing" is my personal favorite
He's the new bassist, since paul died
Tortilla man (Michael pfaff) came into the band after .5 The Gray Chapter. He replaced "pinocchio" aka Chris.
Before I Forget was my first song back in 2006 :)
Craig ( pinhead ) during the first few touring cycles would usually go out and fight clown or Sid. There’s a couple videos online of it.
No way!
@@MusicCatsandCoffee Yes, it was against the clown, in 2005 the clown got a little angry, I think he hurt him, maybe with his spikes inadvertently, that was the last time he did something like that in 2012 he sat near the crowd and the other boys from slipknot was surprised because he had never done that, I think ... he is a very mysterious guy, he never speaks in interviews not even with his own friends, there are few photos of his face, and they are blurred
If you want to hear really "angry-depressive" Corey Taylor, i think you should react to "Diluted" and after "Metabolic". It's not an order. Only if you want
have you thought about reacting to some of jay's drumcams?
For me my first slipknot song was "The devil in i" and the second one I think was "psychosocial"
Slipknot Wait and Bleed on MTV 1999. yes I'm that old
Oh yeah Pinheads real anti social. It took them years to get him to say anything during interviews
Oh also tortia man came in on the most recent album replacing Pinocchio. Live show happened before he joined
First song I heard was Wait and Bleed their first single
Wait and Bleed
Wait and Bleed was my first song
1st song I heard was duality
very good reaction, pls try Slipknot - The Blister Exists live at Download 2009
They call the bassist V- Man
If you want to see the crazy side of slipknot then I’d recommend the song (sic) at dynamo 2000 I’ll put the link in the replies
Edit: just realised you haven’t heard the song so I’d recommend Nero forte live so then you can see new guy live
ua-cam.com/video/MeNT6RBpLwo/v-deo.html
It would be before I forget on Guitar Hero 3
First song, Wait and Bleed.
hey think about Jay & Joey they had to be behind a drumset in the back to headband
That's true!
@@MusicCatsandCoffee God damn why did i write headband when i meant headbang well cant change it now if i did it would get rid of the heart
🌹
"Sic" big day out 2001
Back in '99, orange jumpsuit's with the numbers 0-9, first album, with Corey's unclean vocals. Rather than the cleaned up ones that was re-released. With "clean" vocals.
Yeah I'm that "old" Lol. 😆
And Korn, back to '94 "Blind", on some old satellite tv show, I was like, maybe 18-19? If that? LOL. Anyway, I'm OLD.
V-man the bass player
First slipknot song I heard was Iowa
Craig play samples and keyboards, so any song you hear a keyboard is problaby him.
Mine was spit it out 7 years ago
First I saw was wait and bleed
Clowns name in real life is shawn Crahan..
First song was duality
You have got to react to craig jones unforgettable moments that was scary not as scary as mick though
I did this one. :D
@@MusicCatsandCoffee Yeah just saw it lol the last part though...honestly though the pins were gonns fly off for real
I never understood why they play the song like 100x's faster live
I suggest reacting to some slipknot history videos
That's a good idea. :)
First song heard was my plague
Ok..just for fun you have to watch
"slipknot -vida loca"
Have fun :)))))
React a CUSTER live in knotfest
gehenna plz
Wait and bleed
Wait and Bleed was the 1st Slipknot song i heard.
I've always said that Slipknot songs played in a different era don't sound as good, and this proves my point. The song sounded much better played during the tour cycle of the actual album it was on. This performance sounded kinda weak.
The picture u used of the band isn't from the right era. This era still had all the original members
How do you know gnats have bad attention spans?
People = Shit my older brother showed me it
& was like listen to this Shit it will melt your face LOL
also, i was only 15 at the time & on that day i felt like i just heard my thoughts in a song
Psychosocial was my first Slipknot experience and my maggot journey continues because there is soooo much Slipknot out there.
Lauren are you pushing the buttons or do you have a button pusher because it seems like you're talking to someone when you stop and go.

First Slipknot song that I heard was Wait and Bleed. Also re: Mick looking so sweaty, the long haired members usually pour water over their heads before and sometimes even during the performance. Helps with headbanging.
That makes sense. Joey did that in Disasterpiece. I forgot. I thought he was just an overly sweaty guy. :D
Wait and Bleed was my first Slipknot song.
First one was psychosocial, too.
