Stath Lets Flats is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in years. I cried laughing. It’s not for nothing that it has won 3 BAFTAs. Americans will struggle with the accents but just put the subtitles on (hopefully they’re pretty accurate!).
@@cailyngp333 Well I’m impressed cause the accents and even manner of speech are very broad and localised. I thought non-Brits would really struggle, especially given some of the (perfectly understandable) accents I’ve read people calling indecipherable! Watching British telly would undoubtedly help.
For the one who don't know him and find his face familiar he played the "Rodent from de bus" character in Fleabag and a clumsy political assistant in the new version of Foir Weddings and a Funeral
I’d have to disagree given that Jamie created and wrote Stath Lets Flats, which is one of the funniest shows I’ve ever seen, and his is one of the best comic performances to boot. Natasia is an incredibly gifted comic actress (love her in Stath… and What We Do In The Shadows) and I’m sure very creative too, but Jamie has three BAFTAs to his name so I reckon he’s edging it at the mo.
being greek is something you can’t explain unless you’re greek😂 and old world greek men are men that you want to completely avoid. but their sons.. they are the new GREEKS. my name is Athena, my sons name is apollo. my brothers name is demetri and his sons name is Aristotle and they call him ARI.
@TAO TOLOGY Figuratively. He's describing his dad's sneaky trick as if in a TV comedy drama, where a plotting character reveals their true intention in an aside to the audience.

as an American I had no trouble understanding and it’s one of my favorite shows!!

And not so hard on the eyes. 😏
His dad sounds hilarious. I cam see where he and his sister got their comedy chops
Jamie Demetriou is hilarious - Stath Lets Flats is amazing and Natasia also stars in the show. Looking forward to watching - A Whole Lifetime!

I remember him as Fingers from Dead End: Paranormal Park!
He and his sister are from a cypriot greek father and from English mother like the late famous singer George Michael.
Wow. Great observo❤
Fun fact: Jamie’s sister Natasia voices the cartoon adaptation of the 2017 video game Cuphead’s sexy boss - Cala Maria.
For the one who don't know him and find his face familiar he played the "Rodent from de bus" character in Fleabag and a clumsy political assistant in the new version of Foir Weddings and a Funeral
He's hilarious, but his sister is a step above.
I couldn’t separate them
Not in the US … so, never heard of both of them 🤷🏻♂️
@@just__mikethey’re both UK comics

Yes, I'm greek born to an American service member and my massive Greek yaya and mother! Weird mom and dads build character!
Jamie really has the same voice like in Stath Lets Flats fummy show
Like English comedy has to be blessed on American TV for it to be worth while. 😂
Gotta give it a go though right!? £€$
Bring both of them him and his sister
He’s handsome
The Fleabag guy?
Yes! He was billed as "Bus Rodent."
Hello, our favorite evil pie mascot
I knew that his name was Dimitri and I was like...he has the same name as his dad, does he know that?
Oooh wow, he shaved his WHOLE body
Their reactions are SO horrible man!
its so weird to see him with good teeth
Prince William talk about King Charles 3
Uploaded in 720p, what is this? 2007?
The American host and audience are just not on this comedic level, they can’t relate to this man.
the correct pronunciation is demetriiiiiiiiiiiiiiou
Is this off beat?

"...and my Dad turns to the camera"
What camera? 🙄
[Edit: 'he doesn't mean literally'
So in what sense did his dad 'turn to the camera' ? ]
your mum
He doesn't mean literally...
You answered your own question. He doesn’t mean literally.
Yeesh. 🙄

@@thegrinderman1090 You are a kind soul for taking the time to explain it. Good for you 🙂 (I am sadly wanting)
Who is this even?
Writer and comic actor. His show Stath Lets Flats is brilliant.
Do you ask that every time you see someone new? How do you even meet people or discover new things? 🙄
someone more famous than you
