Get yourself a bar of Teflon from "Maxgain systems" and have a local machine shop turn a collar to slip between the mast and the vertical boom thingy to take out the slop/slack. Heck, you can probably find a collar/bushing already made through Max-Gain or Granger??? Looks great Dallas!!!!😏👍🎙⚡️
It’s very difficult to find a factory fit bearing for the Rohn 25 . Other types they do , and if you find one it requires a smaller diameter mast pipe . I have a pretty decent solution that’s pretty cost effective that I think will work very well I will share soon . Thanks for stopping by , we’ll catch up on the phone soon 👍
The bottom of the tower bolts to the hinge plate , which is concreted in very well Once bolted to to the plate, I prop the other end up about 12 feet with 2x4’s Latch a couple heavy duty towing type steel clamps and tow strap it about 20 feet down from the top , the other end to my tow hitch on my Jeep , put it in 4-Lo and crawl it up . Same way I got it up the first time , and let it down to re-do everything
That is huge!!!! Looks amazing Brother!!
