A project by Dave Hakkens - Фільми й анімація
This is the purpose of UA-cam. To share ideas like this. It is even pleasure to watch and should it should be elementary project at High schools with focus on mechanical engineering so every school can recycle and create own stuff. This is more valuable than any music video on UA-cam. Google should give you some special honnor.
I agree 100%👌
Actually you tube purpose is sell advertising.
It has no specific guidelines
I am interested in this machine
I am looking for blueprints for your machines and can't seem to find them
Yo pienso lo mismo. Hace tiempo que no veia compartir ideas en youtube. Ahora solo se crea contenido para poner anuncios y cobrar.
And I'm from brazil seeing this beautiful sign of evolution. Congratulations, this is a dream for cleaning the planet and generating work. Thanks a lot. I will try
LUCIANO NUNES I
pls can you tell me when can buy the machines
i dont have the materials to buy it, im from mrxico and im very interested to save and care the planet
LUCIANO NUNES é mesmo não é?, procure reciclagem de PEAD já podemos mudar um pouco as coisas :)
MartinNG hello buddy, o need produce some like a litlle boat... have u an ideia, how we can Make this!?
GUYS YOU ARE AMAZING! Really nice work! You have inspired me so much with your effort!
Man this is great. Seeing all these beautiful creations from our trash, you have inspired me and i hope you continue to inspire our younger generations.
What you guys are doing is amazing, and certainly a look into the future about how people will regard the precious materials available to them. Best of luck in your efforts--I'm sharing this as much as I can :)
What you do is amazing!!! You are inspiring!! As a teacher, I will be sharing your channel with my students. Thank-you so much for helping us do something positive with an enormous problem. Blessings to you on your quest.
I am so glad that your channel exist. I am working with plastics on a larger scale and your videos are very informative.
What an amazing person! Sharing his wisdom with others. More people like him will make our planet as a whole better for many generations to come. Much love!💖💐😊👌
Inspirational and creative work.
These machines you have created are incredible! Precious Plastics has amazing potential to make use of unnecessary plastics! I can't wait to create projects with this:)
With the time that I spend in youtube watching people doing things it is kind of sad that I just have found you... Thanks for all the content! Really inspirational
I was just looking for plastic shredder and I came across with this beautiful channel and the finish products are so beautiful!
Dave, you are THE MAN! Congrats, you became source of inspiration for great things.
i want to cry when i see this videos, im not the only one who want to change the world, and to change people's point of view when it comes to waste, keep on making ideas like this
This makes me want to become an engineer. I just graduated college but if I had the choice to start all over, I’ll choose a career in making cool stuff like this from recycled materials. Very inspirational 🙌🏻
what an amazing array of reference melted plastics! well done!!
Thanks for the kinds words everyone. And sorry for dumping these bluk of videos all at once on your timeline. Project launch today, do make sure to watch our promotion video, the most crucial one! ua-cam.com/video/8J7JZcsoHyA/v-deo.html
+davehakkens Can you make a long video where you only see and hear the plastic getting grinded. It's oddly satisfying.
Next you should try and make a series about metal!
Can you please package and ship these machines as a product? You say all that you need for assembly is basic machine tools but most people including me (city dweller) don't have them or space for them. Great idea, stay awesome. I've been a subscriber since the early days and you always deliver amazing earth shattering content.
+davehakkens Dave you have done great work but I need you to help us stupid Americans find our parts. Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears are the most common places to find these parts possibly. We all would still have to hunt down a machine shop. Which anymore is rare and expensive. Your idea is amazing but I have no welding skill nor is that just a cheap thing to up and start. Your looking at well over a $1,000 for a noob like me to even think about this.
im in the middle of my own project, and once i get it perfected ill share. im using a liquid epoxy to make molds, and its high temperature resistance and strength should hold up to the injection molder you have built. i loved the nozzle idea and am borrowing it for my machine 😎
I am so excited to try this all out!
I'll 'like' this video just for the fact that you took the effort to show what different temperature does to Plastics, instead of just showing a diagram. It was good to see people go the extra mile
Please l am a young girl in Africa who is into engineering and my aim is to manufacture a machine that can melt plastics and recycle them into other products. I am highly inspired by your works and l need coaching on how to build an extrusion machine. Hoping to hear from your team soon. Thanks 🤝
This is very important and good for the world. everybody can do something!!!
I can help you. My contact number +263 748 570
@@lodwexinvestments2394 very well. Thanks for help to her.
It's amazing what you do!! Original and it allows our world to depurate from plastic waste!
This is an awesome use of resources and human ingenuity.
I love what y'all r doing...great work!!
I wish I was more creative! I am jealous (really admire) people who see through limitations and can envision possibility! It is such a gift! Great video!
I am watching this video from Ecuador, it seems great to be able to execute it here, I will be trying soon, thanks for sharing.
Dave you're an inspiration, I'm starting to gather all the equipment to start a change here.. Again thanks from Colombia
this really was an interesting and educational series. i really enjoyed it and cant wait to see more. :)
Wow, brilliant ! I loved how you visually gone into melting every brick of plastic to a certain temperature ! Thanks for sharing
This is revolutionary. What an amazing idea!
Your presentation makes your videos interesting.
wow this is great. I had no idea there was such a huge community of plastic makers. I've always thought plastic is a great material and we waste so much in landfills that could be reused. Nicely done!
Great stuff Dave, and nice forum
Awesome job, thanks so much to share your knowledge and help more people to recycle.
Thank you Dave, I´ll definitely do this in Ecuador. It will help a lot of people to find a source of income. We are having a hard time because of the oil crisis.
I wish you a lot of success.
Best Regards,
Alfonso.
Hi Alfonso, Did you start something in Ecuador? I've just watched the video and thought I would like to do something in Ecuador where I've been living for the past five years! Let me know where your company is based. Thanks.
Saludos-desde Costa Rica, podría darme información de la maquinaria manual,si usted la vende?mi email.Rodrigorochim@Gmail.com.Gracias
Thank you for sharing all about plastic to us, you playing a great roll to save our planet.
Desde Argentina admirable el trabajo que realizan a través del plástico !!! Felicitaciones !!
This is such a great thing . Our planet needs this .
Really appreciate your work. It's really inspiring
amazing setup, congrats!
Great job dude! It´s amazing, support from Colombia!
This is so cool Dave!!
You guys are awesome, thanks so much for all this.
Creating new things from waste & Art from experiment, Brilliant 👊🏼
Really informative. Although it's unclear to me who does this at home, there are probably many makers around who enjoy and use these tips.
Awesome channel and website! Thanks for the information.
Thanks for sharing this video with us.
You are doing awesome......man I m so impressed by your work.....easy machines....
Oh wow, I love it. I wish I could work with you!!! It's amazing!!!
Dude, you're amazing.
This is awesome. Good work you guys
Amazing video, incredible idea for the chart
dave, you are litrarley going to change the world
This is awesome. As a kid, I often dreamed of having such a machine and having a little shop where I create all kinds of things from plastic waste. I always thought it was not possible, because - why hasn't anyone invented these machines before?
LOVE this idea. LOVE IT!
OHH MY GOD!!! I was thinking about improoving my sculpture tecniques in plastic!! I live in Brazil, and here we dont have to many plastic recicling stations. Our government does not give a s*#! about this.
Im making a project about how can we use plastic as a material in sculptures and art tasks, and how can we make the methods accessible to any art class.
If you have any file about how to assemble, and more information about what type of plastic to use and what are the possibilities with soda bottles for exemple!!
thanks for you attencion.. you are awesome!!! I love what you learn and the way that you think that it has to be
accessible to everybody!
Excellent video! Thank you so much for sharing this.
Great channel, keep up the great work!
Good job, you are inspiring a lot of people to inhale toxic fumes , and chemicals that are added to plastic for colors and flexibility.
Love your video. Simple and easy to understand. I suggest you make building block bricks for building houses. Take the material, shred it and then blend it into bricks. Free material (trash) turning it into a house.
Love it! Thanks for the video Dave! :)
Love your work guy’s
You man .... You. ... You are just Amazing! Thanks for create and spread your proyect. Encourage!! ^__^
OMG, i´m really shocked with your idea, i love it.... I´m from Ecuador, here we don't have recycling culture, so i´m really interested in share your idea and begin to do the same... Thanks for sharing your knowledge, because we need more people like you that are interested in the health of the world....
Have you been successful?
Estoy encantada con tus videos y con tu proycto.. Lamenablemente no tengo los recursos para replicarlo, pero es algo que me encantaría hacer!.. Mis felicitaciones!
awesome stuff..Most interesting thing ive seen on youtube..thx
great ..Inspiring.. I'm from Indonesia, and now doing research about waste plastic too ..
I did an experiment last night with HDPE. By cooling it down fast, "quench" like steel, I made it twice harder to cut and wear off. Which could be a good thing to mention, if you want your product to last longer bring it close to melting point then cooldown fast in water.
Hi I was hoping that you could explain in terms of health and safety of these processes. Also if the plastic container was used to store chemicals is it safe to recycle after just washing it thoroughly? Thanks!
You are very smart and creative!
Excellent job, man!!
I'm going to revolutionize the home building industry with recycled plastic.
How its going?
yes because houses are made out of plastic obviously
@@surronzak8154 the first people to make a home of wood, brick, concrete, metal, etc all probably got this criticism.
plastic is insanely strong in brick form. it's possible to make it fire resistant/retardant, and UV resistant. paint would make it close to UV immune, as well.
you can mix in sand or rock and make a lighter alternative to concrete (not suitable for roads however). the biggest issues with plastic recycking for home building is picking the right one. you have to make sure it won't melt or soften in direct sunlight in absolute worst conditions (ie: unbroken sunlight for 24 hours). for interior use, it softer plastics are also viable, but for specific uses. like corner moulding or cabinet doors. I'd advise for harder plastics for counter tops however.
Big thank you for you , i watch everyday this chanel is brilliant
Excellent Teaching Skills!!
It's so exciting and inspiring to explore ideas like this! I and my classmates are currently working with the design of sustainable furnitures, how to utilize wastes generated by the community around us, and I think to use wasted plastics as raw materials for our furniture must be a perfect idea. But I have a question: when we heat the plastics, will there be toxic gas emissions which may still harm the environment?
Hey Catherine! I don't know if you ever found an answer, but if you didn't they have a good video on safety and plastic fumes in the same playlist as this video! ua-cam.com/video/bsj6qHHLynk/v-deo.html
Great initiative!!
You're the future bro
Incrível!!! Preciso me aprofundar nisso!!! Obrigado por compartilhar!!!
Really good work man!!/ Zajebista robota stary!!
Very interesting and informative video!
The excursion machine is also useful if you do 3d printing. You can make your own filaments.
I am 13 years old and in 7th grade. I have a plan to pick up all of the plastic from the ground at my school, then make rings and stuff to sell to show kids what you can do with litter. Wish me luck!
Excellent video
awesome stuff man!
Thanks !!! Love your videos !
Great informative video. Thank you
Awesome, I want to get into this!
Dank je wel, super handige video
Great way of reusing plastic.
I normally avoid/dislike and get annoyed with the crafting and how to videos on UA-cam. I'd much rather read the ingredients/method/instructions and get on with the task. Their is purpose to the subject I searched for and so I get annoyed at the over talk, usually patronising speech, look at what I did.....This chap though.... informative, engaging and he continually engages with the audience, here is what we learnt through our research, here's an example of what was made, let us know what you did. He clearly loves the subject matter and passes on the love, cheerfully wanting you to too!
Thank you for these
This is really inspiring for plastic recycling and environmental activist
Dave, which brand of 3d printer do you recommend to work with the raw material?
Dam!!! This change the game!!!
great video. thx for sharing
THIS IS AWESOME❣️
nice idea, love it! Want also such a machine
This is so good.
It is one of the best videos i've seen so far on UA-cam, thank you so much! I would like to start my PET/HDPE recycling initiative, so learning few things about it.. And this video is amazing!
i love your work
Comment section is filled with enthusiastic entrepreneur's !! Loved it
