What is most hilarious here is how often people that are behaving get killed or banned in place of the real villians, just like real life. Here, for instance, or 24:25
Instead of perma banning people you need to imprison people for a while and then if once you release them if they don’t start working you put them back into a prison.

Two random ideas that came to me while watching this:
1. Run a jail using adventure mode and set up an automated jail with yard time, cell time, etc. You could probably do some really nifty stuff that way.
2. Run a server with "true direct democracy" using votes and reduced op permissions, elected leaders get ops, there are no "rules" for the server itself, just a system for ops to be selected by popularity.
