Most of the dupe methods found in these videos are exploits of server plugins usually so Mojang has nothing to do with them being patched
Its not mojang patching, its the server owners/plugin authors. Mojang has nothing to do with the server systems. They dont like these servers either, but there are simply too many of them
I love how some players, while spending time and money on a p2w server, were still onboard instantly with the idea of crashing the economy of the server to help shut it down.

I know how to dupe, yet i don't grasp the concept of enchanment manipulation or an enchant seed or whatever the hell.

30k from average 300 people - that's $300 a person a month

Man they really have such good security, so many plugins to detect duping.
When the plugins evolve, so do the hacks and duping methods. There is probably never going to be an end to this P2W vs. Anti-P2W war, but that's all the more reason to try to fix it.
@Koowluh A p2w server I frequent and even used to be staff for does this as well, a lot of the times staff are online and invisible and constantly watch other players especially newbies to make sure they aren’t x-raying or duping, one of the admins I was friends with basically summed it up as they vanish themselves so they don’t appear on tab and afk all night then watch every newbie for 15 minutes each before swapping and repeat.
It makes it very hard to cheat ontop of all the plugins, you’d have to be a regular with a paid rank for staff to not look at you.
A good staff team will always be better than plugins doing auto moderation for you.

case study proves you wrong - mojang is too big to take down the tiny people. Hypixel (huge) had a gamemode, and they added a p2w feature. So, mojang sent a legal letter saying "hey, could you remove that or change your game at it's core to make money not a progression factor" and they made money no longer a progression factor
AFAIK pay to win is not allowed in competitive gamemodes only. I don't know if loverfellas skyblock game is competitive.

I just realized a suggestion maybe that would work. Have 1 player at all times slowly building in these specific situations, that way it always looks like it's a group making progress while playing making it look way less unnatural to the naked eye.

That's crazy how they detected duping so fast... Does every special item like keys or Shulkers get their own special UUID NBT tag to make sure there's only one?
If I understood correctly, pretty much. Each "high-value" item has a unique ID and if multiple are found (which is impossible without duping), then it alerts staff.

I actually play on this server (I know it's pay to win) but I try to get stuff from scratch. I actually got banned for having duped items and now I know it's because of this. I was unbanned but it goes to show how this server's economy is messed up. Good Job @TheMisterEpic !

idea: so what if you make large stashes of duped items on a p2w server, wait a long time like a few months or longer, then come back and give them away or give away coords, that way they cant reset or go back without erasing months of work by the players.

Then, the staff would load a backup from just before the dispersal started (chat logs would provide near exact timestamp as people act confused having gotten expensive items) and delete the stash before making the world public again...
Even if dupe stash is hidden, they just need to have a plugin logging player locations and a list of suspects.
Trying to use proxy accounts and hide from logging software doesn't do much as it's possible to compare player location data and figure out what accounts have interacted, as well as stuff like what blocks were placed and by who (making hoppers not an option) and explosions (blocking tnt, creepers, etc.) as well as access logs for containers and item drops/pickup. All these events can be logged relatively easily, so if the server can afford a couple extra hard drives worth of space and someone who can parse the data, it's possible to figure it out. Maybe not easy, but definitely possible for a server with the income that p2w servers have
or just sell them for dirt cheap little by little, slowly killing the economy

Whats really funny is how related different dupes can be, I recently learned about a dupe in Hypixel Skyblock that functioned very similar to this, with purposefully delaying ones packets to trick the server into thinking the user sold the same item multiple times.

You're definitely talking about the example of selling pets to George by delaying the packets and selling a 800k dolphin for 500k several times, making millions

The way I see them is that they’re bait for:
A) Rich kids to sink some cash in no sweat
B) Probably the most likely one, they try to get birthday and/or holiday money to be spent on it. The way how I see it, most kids would get their holiday money in a big burst, and they will realise that it’s their one opportunity to get the expensive rank, for that they know that their parents won’t spend 300+ dollars on them, so they spend it all at once.

Is it the duping or the lag machines? I wanna gather some friends and crash some as well but the methods I tried so far either don't work well or don't work at all
Idk any duping methods personally but should check UA-camrs like The horizon and dupertrooper if you want see some more methods to crash p2w servers

If I am not mistaken there is also another exploit that gives you a GHOST_ID.
meaning you are on the server when you are not on the server.
This can be caused by extreme lag. meaning you are essentially Immortal and unbannable.

I played enough vanilla Minecraft to know not only that there needs to be a 1 block gap for the bookshelf's to take effect, but also that the max bookshelf's that can effect one table is 15. Any extra are purely aesthetic and corner ones simply don't effect it. I personally like to put 5 on the three sides where there is no door. Then I can place them in arches.
stacking bookshelfs is honestly kinda cringe. i like to make some floating, some scrattered around randomly, and even some on fire.

Each of the valuable items has an id only that one item can have, so if you try to place a second version of that single id the mods automatically get alerted

Personally, I don't like duping/ruining minecraft servers, because even though some may be "P2W", some people can still like it for the features.

That's kinda the entire point of the anti pay to win movement, at least the genuine ones in the community.. but p2w can easily become a can of worms you can never close again, since of course a lot of people only see dollar signs when hosting servers, so couple relative popularity with making it p2w, you will almost always have that one who pays for everything to get ahead of everyone, there is the issue with p2w, cuz a lot of people don't realize or refuse to accept that even PvE can be p2w too and I'd argue is often even worse.. there are other options for monetization that aren't p2w but they are a bit more limited but they do exist, at least in Minecraft terms, hypixel is the best example I can think of off the top of my head. I don't usually agree with vigilante justice either but it's like you said to stop lazy rich people from getting richer

Plus the whole loverfella thing is that it's directed at children, and most of the p2w stuff is very close to being adult themed. Plus he's interacted with minors in the not okay way.

Do these videos help increase the speed that anti-duping plugins show up, or do they only release after that exploit is patched?
They probably increase the demand for anti-duping plugins, but the exploits itself are caused by server's programmer's mistake. Generally, these P2W servers have inexperienced programmers (the P2W philosophy itself, age, etc), so the chances they will do a mistake in the process are high, leading to these exploits
you can actually report these types of servers to mojang and microsoft. theyre against the terms of service and the owner of the server can be banned for life from minecraft. Just food for thought.
You know the server is crazy P2W when even the dupers didn’t mind using blocks of ores as flooring.
When I used to play on this one modded Minecraft server they had a RANK you could buy where you could spawn in items. I forget the price of the RANK but do clearly remember it being under $100 US dollars. I had that RANK and they had a major rule for those who had it which was the following. You could not give away items to other players and could not sell items that was created by stuff that was spawned in. So you could not sell say Iron Ingots that was made in a machine that you spawned in.
My self I bought the RANK to support the server and only used the spawn in command for testing reasons only. Once I tested my thinking process out I destroyed the stuff I spawned in.
That isn't a Staff anymore, these are real detectives jesus.

His videos have really bad like to dislike ratio. More than half the time there are actually more dislikes than likes on his videos, and the rest of the time the difference between like and dislikes is so little it doesn't even matter.
Seriously, his myth vid legit has 3x more dislikes than likes. I don't get how or why he still has fans, or why the parents haven't noticed their children spending money on ranks named "Licker" and "Gobbler" like what?
And I am quite sure his two recent videos should be age restricted or even removed, those are some horrid thumbnails.
