    I had to do my L2 aid rescue from a short link but I can honestly say your tips have definitely helped me towards my L3 certs

      @@calbo4075no it’s not in the curriculum but my causality failed and was being a dick, assessor didn’t mention anything and I honestly didn’t know the difference other then the fact it was harder and took longer

    If you did this on a level 3 assessment would now (10 years later) would you pass or fail

    How would it be possible if he was hanging in a triact carabiner?

      I would assume it’s pretty similar since the gate stays open when you apply pressure to the foot loop. Probably just open the gate by hand and apply pressure to the foot loop to keep it open until ready to lift up on the co workers harness. Extremely clever technique

    Can this lifting technique be done if the person is hung on a twistlock carabiner?
    Can this be done with a 25mm tubular sling?
