Actually, they aren't. I'm from a Spanish speaking country (Costa Rica) and for example, the guy who copied SJ "Sorry Sorry" was famous a few years ago because of a singing-themed young romance he acted in, and that song played even on TV.
It's just incredible he got away with it...

The girls who copied the song Bo Peep, and G-Dragon, those were MEANT to be copies/covers. They have their own channel and have done cover of other Kpop songs. In their channel and in some videos they state that they are doing covers, so they are not really copying and putting their names on it. They state that they are covers and credit the Korean artists. The girl who copied 2NE1 I am the Best, was once confronted in a Spanish talk show about the host hearing that beat before, the singer denied it being copied. The host laughed and told her straight up that her song was not original, the singer then later came out saying she was doing a tribute to 2NE1, but lost many fans for lying.
