Thanks for explaining the buttons for resizing the plots. I was looking for that info specifically and no one had it till I found your video.
Glad it helped - it was something I initially struggled with too- so I thought it would make a decent video
@@TacticatGaming Here is a question: I know that for some extensions (vegetable, apple) the plot size is relevant. How do you see the actual size of a plot? I am trying to figure out the optimal size for vegetables/apples for the extension. Thanks! Great video
Definitely get a series of Manor Lord tips and tricks videos ready for launch - I guarantee people will flock to these types of videos in that time. I know I will be!
Love your stuff and glad you were able to get a copy!
I’m going to be releasing guides on individual mechanics and probably joining them all into one big video on launch lol
@@TacticatGaming Excellent, can't wait. A big complex game like this is definitely going to get a lot of traffic at launch time for guides.
One thing I've seen multiple streamers miss is trading between owned settlements and that its the PACK station, not the TRADE station you need to build.
Best of luck and look forward to your videos!
Really cool builds. Thanks man!
I cant wait for this game to launch, and excited you are also covering it! Cant wait for more guides :D
I’m working on a very in-depth guided let’s play on hard right now
You could do a indepth part 2 of what is more efficient.
1. With smaller burgages you have 6 burgages with one family each which could produce different cominatons of stuff
2. with the bigger Burgages you have 4 burgages with 8 families working/producing on the same space. So you have 2 families more to feed,
but leveled up bigger burgages produce more region wealth, because its caculatet by the level of the family (1-3) aka the burgages they live in.
So you level up 2 families with one building having bigger burgages but you have l less procution area
I was more looking for some "best size" information and recommendations. For example, I know the size for chicken backyards doesn't matter. But what about vegetables? They need a big area. But is there a sweet spot? And are there other advantages to having a second family on a plot? More efficient use of space, sure. Faster production if you make them artisans, afaik. Something else?
Great suggestion!
Thanks for this video. I really would like to clone this map that it's gorgeous but could you please details what to build in whichorder? i don't know exactly where to start... do I need to get ppl first to have workeforce and then remake the city layout as you showed or what?
The map this video is based on is blank, which design are you referring to? I can probably point you to my let’s play series for it.
great video bro !!
Glad you liked it!
Do bigger plots of land mean more product gettimg produced out of those back yards?
For veggies and apples yes
Keep in mind when you do the level 2 house, the 2 families are going t obe artisans if you make it so. and you lose general work force. I usually do 2 family houses and put veggies and1 family house for artisan at first so i dont lose too much work force when i need it. and then a T3 you get the productivity boost
Thanks for the tips!
nice 😍
Thanks 😊
The only issue with 2 houses per plot, is if later you set them to artisan work, both families will be removed from the labor pool.
Yep that is an issue - it all comes down to how many people you want working on those artisan crafts
But the output is twice as much right?
Yep
@@TacticatGaming thanks, that's good to know! I searched the internet specifically for this question just to find the answer in a youtube comment XD
Do double burgage plots affect the limits in the market? Because I've got 50 housing spaces but my market totals seem stuck at 40
Just for comparison what is your rig?

Most of these creators put their specs in the description friend. Have a good day.

So those plots at 2:05 are best if you want to maximise growables, but don't matter for chickens and other animals? just clarifying.
Apples and veggies size matters everything else - chickens , goats, artisans doesn’t - but the bigger the farm the more the family has to work it so make sure if it huge it’s a double family plot in my opinion
Does garden size influence how much veg/chicken they produce or is it yes/no?
I saw a lot of people increase the size for vegetable but not for chicken, maybe animals don't need a much larger space?
I talked to an alpha tester - for carrots apples yes - all veggies. No for chickens
Cool thanks (:
I swear 2/3 of the people making videos about this game don't make larger plots. I should start linking this video in their comments.
I plan on doing a better guide with a larger scope - right now I’m gathering data and talking to people to confirm theories . I hate putting out bad data lol
you cant drag those plot points around after you set it down? damn... i hope the developer dont overlook this...
