Best Villager Trade : 1 Amethyst to a Spelunker for 32 EMC gives 4 Emeralds. 8 Emeralds to an Oceanographer for a Heart of the Sea gives 32,768. Net gain of 32,704
thx for this information, but which villager gives 4 emeralds (which table do i use)
I've been using a cleric, selling waterbottles (1 emc each) then buying heart of the sea. It's been great!
I use gradner to sell plant pots, 3 for 1 emerald. Will checkout the spelunker next time I get the game up

@thelegendofxd using a fletcher with sticks is always a good one to start and if you cure him it can be 1 stick to 1 emerald
Perhaps for some of the EMC farms and crafting automation the base could have platforms shaped like hanging balance scales that are tipping to one side, showing how you're taking the "equivalent" out of exchange.
To chunk load a RFTools builder quarry you only need to load the chunk that the builder is in. I have made a few 512x512 quarries for the mining dimension in ATM packs and that has worked in them.
You’re in a redwood forest so the only right answer to a base would be massive platforms built in the trees like the Ewok forest from Star Wars cause that part was filmed in the national redwood forest
I don't know if modern Project E still lets this be a thing, but in the past you could put multiple talismans in an alchemical bag and each one would apply a repair tick to items inside. It was a very quick way to repair tools you were using lots of durability really fast on.

As far as a new base, up in the trees with little bridges connecting all the places. And the only way up is one of those warp scroll teleporters
If you bring your rftools quarry to the end it can mine Draconium dust which is 16,384 each. You can also just find giant meteorites full of Draconium in the end, which have millions of emc's worth. When I spawned into the end I didn't spawn on the central island and actually spawned in the outer end and mined Draconium dust ore which is spotted all across the end islands, when I wanted to leave I just used a warp stone to warp back to my base's waystone.
Bonus: Get a Temporal Pouch, it saves time as it stays in your inventory and can multiply the speed of machines like the builder/quarry. The longer it stays in your inventory, the more time it builds up, and you can use it by crouching and right-clicking a machine
Early Game Tip: Mine quartz blocks (from quartz flatz) or glowstone from the nether (should use leap spell from Ars Nouveau to get up to glowstone early on) it is super easy and can net a few million in emc which is really useful early on.
Nice tip, just one question… HOW did you spawn on the outer islands?
12:00 you can set the cycle trade button to a keybind. makes it a tiny bit easier than moving your mouse back and forth like that. and a tiny bit over the course of hundreds of clicks is well worth it. they have so many new enchants added to this modpack, it took me forever to get the ones i wanted.
Currently trying to automate antimatter for transforming eggs (32emc) into Dragon eggs (262k emc), its nice to watch the lets play along side playing
Got the transmutation interface from a reward and it was such a game changer. Super sped up my progress.
I got super lucky coming across a pillar of gold structure in the nether with ancient debris in the center. Jumped ahead so much with auto traders
Base idea, you could some floating islands in the sky, maybe carve it out of the ground make it look like it was ripped straight from the ground, have some bridges or chains holding them together, you could hide smaller energy production inside the islands and even a massive central island for your main storage
I got a villager asking for 64 emeralds, a full stack, for a shimmer V book. The enchantment that does absolutely nothing.
I made a dimension full of diamond blocks and I'm making so much emc 😄

you should make an anvil backpack upgrade right off the bat. they cost two anvils, but they won't ever take damage and break like a normal anvil or the anvil on a stick.
Base idea
Make a v shaped ravine using the builder then make a giant axe/pickaxe/sword at the tip so it looks like the ground was cut open then build a base in there.

for a better trade that can produce you more emeralds per sea lantern it has to be the saplings from the forester, if you went exploring a bunch you should have all the sapling types and thats all what his trades are, all the vanila saplings.
Not sure if they have EMC, but there's a Villager that trades flower pots for emerald for a better ratio.
20:00 Maybe try getting some Create Builders tea? it gives haste 1 which would be enough to Instamine most things with that enchantment.
I might be wrong, but I don't think that would work, because miners fervor is made to specifically prevent instamine. It's just not good for your main mining tool. Where it is good is mining things in your base without breaking stuff behind what you want to mine.
LETSGO auto villager and quarry so early that is pretty epic
Honestly, this is a GREAT modpack , but it kinda is heavy like a bit too heavy so its been a tough time playing this pack. Maybe someone could tell some tips to improve fps (i already have most optimization mods)

How much RAM do you have and how much do you have assigned to the game?
Need more info. Are you using shaders, graphics/texture mods? What's your PC specs? How much RAM assigned?
There’s a lot of good performance mods on modrinth I downloaded like 3 and it improved heavily

Apotheosis also comes with tomes that turn into enchanted books when you enchant them. The enchants are limited to whatever tool they represent. So a pickaxe tome will turn into an enchanted book with only enchants that would be given to pickaxes.
the red stone villager seems like an easy modded emerald to emc trade. love the series!
Not sure if you knew but spacebar after you hit cycle trade once will work as a keybind to cycle trades so you don’t have to use mouse. It’s small but once I used the keybind it made cycling much nicer
stone mason is the best imo for emeralds.(the one with stone trades after lvling up once) stone is only 1 emc and or stone can be quickly mined when having enchantment to speed that up.(manually) for auto probably the quarry
Aah, there isn't a ChosenArchitect modded Minecraft playthrough without the explanation of the RFTools Builder, the shape card, and the good old, ever persisting, never fixed bug of the shape card offset being messed up after using it in the Builder's GUI.
A tip i learn from about emc you can use the energy collector mk1 with the energy condenser while having the e-pearl in the energy condenser building up as you do other things (it can connect to all side to generate more emc)
I generally find it's easier to just define the quarry area by right clicking on the bounding areas. Just dig down on one corner, find the opposite top corner, and Bob's your uncle.

I know this is modded but in vanilla wise to find ancient debris is running along 2 of the boundary chunks, this case between 1|16 down the very middle.
You can find much more easier by that and running in lines and along the quadrants.

One way to generate emc i discovered is using hoppers. Hoppers have more emc than its parts so using Rftools crafters and furnaces I can pull out as much raw Iron as i can and craft hoppers making a net gain of about 1000 emc per hopper. I made this semi automatic by just piping in raw logs and iron into the system and having the crafters do all the crafting work. It's not very automatic but it does help in boosting your emc by a lot early on if you need it. (its good to have a factory upgrade for your furnace so you don't waste emc on fuel).

You should use the whole Y axis on the tree for your iron farm
I would really recommend getting the tablet now that you have over 2m emc
For your future base you could cut down the surrounding trees and just leave their stumps in the ground
i like this idea, and think the stumps could be used either as supports for machinery, or foundations for buildings

did you know that if you have a project e bag and have 10 repair talisman it will repair all tool 10 time per tick

@@ChosenArchitect yeah the more talisman in the alchemical bag or chest the more faster tools and armor get repaired. also the alchemical bag acts like a ender chest so if you loose the bag just make a new one of the same color and the items in that bag will be still in it.
If i remember correctly. Easy villagers work as normal villagers so they will attract zombies to your base

I jjust noticed, you have the miners and adventurers freind, The Interdiction torch, never go any place without a few of these, they repel mobs.
Unless I'm wrong, I believe apotheosis makes anything that takes levels (i.e. enchanting table and anvil) only take the amount of xp needed to get to that level. This is why your level didn't go down when you renamed the villager
Best way ive found to do energy early on is to make a magmatic dynamo and emc obsidian for 64 per and philospher stone it into lava which make 100,000 energy per lava bucket.
Do a solar punk tech living amidst nature themed build in that forest. Carve out land around the trees for building or build into the trees.
Speaking of things not showing up in JEI, Create is not showing up. I had to rely on stock knowledge and Google on how to craft Create stuff 27:15

You can hold the backpack and right click the item in the transmutation table without decreasing your EMC, I think you might need to patch that 🤣

I guess I got lucky I found ancient debris in an obsidian meteor in the over world while exploring.
in addition to the repair talisman and catalytic lens, another early game staple for me is the swiftwolf rending gale (or the ring of arcana). it costs nearly 600k EMC, but you get creative flight. (it has to be in your hotbar or the bauble slot to work; not just anywhere in your inventory.) well worth it though, if you're going to the nether.
I have the talisman, but I can't figure out how to charge it, I might just be dumb here, but can you help out?

Hey Chosen! I love your content and I'm loving this pack! How about (since last time the base was earth themed (a literal crater in the earth)) this time would you consider an ocean or sky base? A large underwater base built by you would be really cool, or a sky base with islands like stepping stones rising out of the earth and then high up in the sky. I think these would make some cool bases. Keep up the great content!

Converting villagers you can unlock 1 iron per emerald and with an engineer turn 1 emerald into 1 hopper. Add iron farms and bingo infinite emc fully automatic.
The orange enchantment descriptions are from COFH Core, you can disable them in the config.

Everyone's heard of the one-chunk challenge, but what about doing a horizontal version of that where you only get a 16x16 area along either the X or the Z axis (but not both)? In RL, there's a smart-city concept being built in the middle east (Saudi Arabia? Syria? Jordan?) called The Line that is looking to be self-sustaining, efficient, and completely green. It was built to look like a giant wall (ie, a straight line), with the nice, pretty walkable-city on top and the ugly and gross infrastructure stuff hidden inside the wall.
Aside from that, a proper building challenge for you could be to build your buildings using only straight lines and splines (curvy lines)...no 2d or 3d regular shapes like circles/spheres, squares/cubes, or triangles/pyramids.
How about an "inside out" build for your next base idea? By this I mean that any area you intend to be an outdoors area you put some kind of ceiling on it (pergola, lattice, etc) but any indoors room had to remain open to the sky.
if you can still convert emeralds to diamond u can make an auto trade to trade sticks to emeralds and convert the emeralds to diamonds with the phphilosipher stone which should be 2 diamonds and each diamond is 8192 emc thats 16k emc per emerald converted you can trade 8 times per reset which should be 128k emc per trade
just a quick thing you MIGHT want to fix which give stupid amounts of emc. first is that you can craft sharestones for like 5k emc per and they have over 20k emc which give you stupid amounts and that you can use mechanical squeezer to squeeze one raw redstone block to 12-14 redstone dust even though it only takes 4 redstone to craft.
Unless I am missing it, there is no book for Draconic Evolution. Could use a quest line to guide through startup and upgrades. Build in treehouses.
How do you make the poppies go through the enderpearl storage container? I couldn’t figure it out
You can phsically click the shape cards in the world to set size boundaries without having to adjust the numbers manually
yes to set the x and z but its harder to set the y value
redstone can turn in to flux dust and the flux dust is more emc then redstone

how did he get the poppy into the second limited barrel. ive played around with the adv hopper upgrades and cant get it to work. the ender pearls part of it works great
As someone new to modded, how did you get the zombie inside of the glass for the iron farm?
protip for mining with projectE... the catalytic lens can insta-mine by right clicking, out to 64 blocks... but it uses 24 EMC per block. and when i say out to 64, i don't mean a total of 64 blocks mined like the vein miner. it mines everything 64 blocks away from you, when at full charge. so if you're not rich on EMC yet, just use the vein miner set to 3x3 tunnel. not nearly as fast, but of course more efficient.
to fuel the lens, you can keep a klein star in your inventory. and if you don't know, you can fill a klein star by placing in the left side of the transmutation table.

Chosen. I found a bug with Modular Routers not using a activation module on Ender tanks. It works on basic tank but not Ender tank.

One day someone will make a quest pack for people that can't remember anything. Till then.. I have to watch others, because 2 weeks play time and just now getting to 6mil emc is depressing AF.
All it takes is iron. 5 iron. Make a hopper worth 2.6k emc. It takes half that to get 5 raw iron and a chest to make another... Doubling emc each craft.
Roughly half the iron>diamond method but require nothing beyond stone and the first 1 raw iron to begin, insanely early compared to diamonds.
Am I missing something? from what the alchemical chest is gonna generate the sticks, once the value of the diamond he used will decay

Wouldnt it be better to add an extra step and iron to gold to diamond instead of ender pearls? Less stacks to transfer, better storage due to 4x the storage and overall just less hassle. Also the fact ancient debris can spawn in the overworld is wild...havent been to the nether but already got ancient debris, blaze rods, soul sand and nether warts...not sure if im even going to bother going until i get good armour.

Thats weird i tried using a builder quarry 2 days ago (without a filter like ive always done in the past) and it wouldnt mine a single block
I've had something similar happen. Turns out I just forgot to gove it a Redstone signal, and when I finally figured that out, I forgot to set the dimensions I wanted it to mine. I gave up for a few days I was so frustrated with it not working lol
I started playing this s the other day, but I made a big mistake. I found a village with a chasm next to it. I went down the chasm thinking id find good resources, which i did. I also found a trials dungeon.l, which O was not ready for in the least. I lost my trans table in there...
