    Is it possible that if they are giving $45,000 in flex cash that the builder has the listing price of the house itself marked up by $40,000 to $50,000?

    There are no options for first time home buyers or small families without selling a kidney or two.

      There are we just have to go a little further out unfortunately. Think Farmersville, Princeton, maybe Lavon, parts of royse city, crandal, maybe red oak, or parts of Haslet in the northern part of ft worth. We could also look at pilot point and Aubrey.
