I have done ct scan in which report suggest
Multiple subCentimetres lymph nodes are seen in pata and Paratracheal and ap window region
Few linear area of atelectasis ate seen in medial segment of right middle love and lingular segment of left upper lobe.
Pleural thickening is seen with underlying linear of atelectasis.
And sputam, esr, erp, montox test are negative.
But having weight loss
Chest pain
Fatigue

Sir my mother is suffering from tubercular lymphadenitis in left axilia we have already done mammography and FNAC and in FNAC it comes tubercular lymphadenitis and positive for AFB she is taking medications or TB which are provided from gov. Hospitals and plus she is taking levoflax also but she is complaining pain in that side i just want to know are we on a right path of treatment are we taking right medicines. Plz reply sir

Sir I have lymp node tb and after starting treatment I took medicine for 10 days during that ten days I had fever and continuous fever my liver got increased so doctor stopped the ATT and slowly given all the medicine one by one after 3 days of lft test so at last when I received rifampicin my eyes became red and little swelling was there in lip with fever so doctor stopped rifampicin and started (levofloxcin with isoniazid,ethambutol, pyrazinamide)
Now my question is , is this treatment a correct one ,can I cure tb without rifampicin? Aur bich me liver problem ki wajeh se Jo doses miss hue uske wajeh se kahi drug resistance hone ka to darrr nhi hai n?

Sme thing happened with me lst year..my liver function also increased becoz of rifampicin then they also gave medicine slowly..even for 1.5 month I was also injected daily with streptomycin plus medicine..even I was worried about drug resistance n my course was for 1 yr...it ended lst month..plz trust the process.. positivity can kill any disease..right set of mind is very important in this..I can understand ur problem but u can do this😊

Well yes its still TB. I got my CBNAAT reports yesterday and it was negative too this means that TB is not active in chest area and it is not spreadable to other person bt the TB patient should be cautious while going to Hospital or any other area where there can be any infection because the immunity is weak of the patient. And my CBNAAT sample was taken from lymph nodes i.e. around my neck area. Both left n right side. And all the above detail are given by my dr.

Sir mere neck k dono taraf lymph node bade huye hai almost 2 saal se..dr ne TB ka test dia hai AFB stain, TB culture, Cbnaa etc..but usko krne k liye FNAC/Tru cut likha hai..mera question ye hai ki kaunsa process karna chaiye Fnac ya tru cut biopsy? Kya fnac se malignant cells bhi detect hote hai?

Sir! I had a lump on my neck in 2015 which I tested from a doctor..they did an injection biopsy from the lump and found out that it was TB of the lymphnodes.. They suggested me to take free medication from a government TB hospital nearby.. the medicine consists of 6 to 7 tablets which I was prescribed to take 3 times a week. I had some crazy side effects like stomach pain.. But I think the medicine was still working because the lump got very smaller in size after one month of medication so I quit medication.. I thought I’ll be alright! Then after 1 year I got fever and I had multiple very tiny lymph nodes on my neck which was painful and irritating. I don’t know but I’ve ignored it but years later I still have the pain.. I’m very concerned now. Please help!

Go for a surgical biopsy. I had a lump in my neck, so I got it removed through a surgical biopsy.

Sir I felt 2 swollen lymph nodes on my right side of the neck on July 2023 it was not to large I took it lightly but one day I felt hardness and very little pain in August it was increased in the size at that time and in September on my left side of the neck another lymph node got swollen I went to Government doctor thag gave medicine did x-rays of my lungs did HIV test , blood test everything was fine but still they told to eat medicine and the lymph node didn't reduced so I went to another doctor they told that I will have do a surgery but I told my father I don't want it is not paining also so leave it we will see what is happening in the next two months amd now on 31 st December the size of the lymph node is deceased so much it is left very little and I also felt swollen lymph node on my groin area but thag is also healed but on the neck it is left little bit it is December 31 st what to do next can you plzz Suggest and I am physically very well no fever no pain nothing but still I scare can you plzz Suggest something
