  • In the previous video, we introduced the second layer of copper coils for the stator and the UVW lead wires. Next, we will continue to show the next step.
    First, we secure the coil ends. As you can see, the machine wraps the coil ends with white binding tape. This step is essential to keep the windings firmly in place during motor operation, preventing any movement or damage caused by vibrations or mechanical stress. The binding tape also helps strengthen the overall structure of the coils.
    Next, we move on to the coil shaping process inside the stator slots. The shaping equipment uses precision molds to adjust the copper wires, ensuring that each coil is tightly packed and perfectly aligned according to the design specifications.
    After the shaping is completed, we conduct a series of rigorous tests on the windings, including: withstand voltage test, insulation test, resistance test, and turn-to-turn test.
    Finally, after the varnish treatment, the stators gain enhanced insulation performance and durability. The finished stators are then packaged and shipped to our customers, ensuring the highest quality in every product we deliver.
