Some serious dedication to doing a fair test here Natalia :) I normally use the redken one and love it but about to try the L’Oréal blondifier after my hairdresser recommended it. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Hi Estrella! I have recently tried L'Oréal's Blondifier masque and I LOVE it! However it's not toning but still really good for blondes. I haven't tried any other Blondifier products - but stay tuned, that could be on the cards!

Pro tip: On days you use your purple poos, don’t deep condition with a masque. Just use a bit of your regular conditioner where needed. You don’t want to strip the purple tone that you just shampooed in.

The cap tip - wouldn’t it depend on the hair type, i.e. long, thick, short, thin. Great video review though, thank you!

Thanks Martha! That means a lot :) Yes do it little by little and I highly recommend Olaplex for both in the salon when you go blonde and after, it makes such a difference! x

Great finding your video as i was just deciding on which one to get! I currently use one from Philip Martins which i got from the salon, but i find that it doesn't emulsify enough to a thick bubble like a normal shampoo. It just spreads on flat so I don't know if it does any cleaning job, or if it's purely for color purposes. Is it the same for Kerastase / Redken?

Thanks for the comparison video! How many minutes do you usually hold the purple shampoo on your hair before washing?

Thanks for watching, I'm glad it was useful! I typically leave it on my hair between 3-5 minutes (depending how much time I have). You don't want to have it on for too long as it will make it too grey/silver/over toned. I'd also suggest to use it once a week maximum (same advice from my hairdresser!). Also don't use purple shampoo/toning products at least 7-10 days before you go get your hair highlighted/bleached/dyed at the hairdressers, as this will skew the colour for your hairdresser. Hope that helps!

Good this or that type video but it’s actually very hard to see exactly what shade your hair is so maybe try using a better lit room for your videos…?

Hi can I ask you which shampoo you used on the start of the 2nd scene? around 3 minutes? I like that colour a lot :) I just finished MATRIX and looking for something better.

Hi! Aw thank you, that's very kind! In between purple shampoos I like to use Redken's colour extend magnetic shampoo (it comes in a pink bottle). Just to note - I had just come back from being in the sun here so my hair was a bit lighter, thanks for watching!

Hi! From my own experience I'd suggest the Kérastase for dry hair, in particular the Resistance Ciment Thermique range - it healed my hair!
