Color display with atmel test

The video is demonstrated features for creating color code that defines the color of each pixel displayed on the QVGA display. The color code is to display controller 565 is sent in the format - 5 bits for channel R, 6 bits for channel G and 5 bits for channel B. Function written in C input is specified intensity value of each channel in percentage function output is sixteen bit code. The values of the individual channels are inserted into the code using bit shifts.
