xmega tutorial 01 - LED blinking on Atmel XMEGA

Basic operations with xmega shows this video. How to program a simple LED flicker? Answer for this question is in this video. The program is written in Atmel Studio 7, the Atmel ICE programmer was used.
The LED is connected to pin 0 of the PORT port via the resistor. Additionally, the delay function from the delay.h library is used.

where can i find these commands like OUTSET and OUTCLR ?

You have to implement avr/io.h in your atmel studio project - in this library are definitions like OUTSET and OUTCLR applied to ports PORTA, PORTB.....
