Trust me this Estate is just average.I can literally see open drainage. Lagos have the best Estate. Lakowe golf Estate and Nicon Town Estate are way better.

This is how the average homes for all Nigerians should be like!
I particularly liked seeing that while there was still construction ongoing, the roads were already well tarred and completely motorable !
By far too many people build houses in areas where the roads haven't been built, thereby they end up creating a slum environment!

Q. Why does the estate have it's own police station and has 24 hour lights? Do they have their alternate electricity generation capacity?
Concerning the 24hours light,when the normal light goes off the estate will put on the estate light , police station is for security reasons
