Problem is Google products like this Pixel Watch and their Pixel phones won't work on networks in certain parts of Asia. Really want to be owning one but without 5G support and e-sim LTE support it counts me out

I looked for LTE setup. But I see that we have the same issues of setup. And I have pixel watch 2 on Google pixel 8
Can you show the LTE setup? Verizon has no clue how to do this.
