What an intense ride from beginning to end...this touched on everything human in me...all the way to the bitter end. Bravo on fantastic writing and acting!
Wow. Great movie. One of the best , most gripping beautifully shot, powerfully acted shorts I have ever seen. Perhaps the best in fact. Sound, dialogue, narration, and once again, acting. Gold🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This was extraordinarily well-done. It's rare for a film to show that people are actually scared in combat. And I can't think of any other films that have depicted how women respond to the adrenaline of combat - compared to men, it ramps up more strongly, so that they're just getting started when the men are almost finished. And tears come, but the tears don't necessarily mean sadness or fear, still less that they won't be able to act usefully, it's just their body reacting. I do feel the very last moment let the film down a bit, though, as it's a bit cliched. The rest of the film was very original.

This is incredible. Loved every second. Thinking it was a little too long at first but I was gripped. Visuals are amazing and performances are spectacular. I need to see more films. Subbed!
Rivetting! Wish I knww why they were shooting each other but the acting was brilliant by all esp the lead. I assume she ate part of her friend to maintain a connection with her and probably was hungry.
Well, amid the crowd of bravos and well done, I am sorry to say though technically excellent shoot, the theme I saw here is total and extreme cruelty and violation of agreement between the two adversaries. For me the lone surviver was worthless and not even deserved to be a member of human society! From this short, we learned nothing but an egocentric lady who was trigger happy to blast the brains and chests of her opponents. Disgusting in deed! In that sense, your work is brilliantly successful.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The moment when i realise she is eating her ××××....🤮😱🤯 but i dont understand the cause for the shooting!do someone know? Or did i miss something?😂😂 Everyone needs to look at that short. Its really good actors, place, shoots.... 😂 i like it...hope we see much more like that!!! Can't wait for it! 😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
I think the girls were on private land and should not have been there so the army girl was going to shoot her friend so she shot her a good survival film😅
It is really good, and if you’re interested in constructive feedback: - the lighting (I’m assuming natural) is kind of washed out in a lot of scenes or just too bright, and a little dark in others. Some lighting control would have gone well. Failing that some different colour grading changes would have made it more cinematic - the VO is grating/a tiny bit cheesy at times. This is really subjective and just IMO. I wonder how much more minimalistic this could have been if it were more silent or voiceover more sparingly used - I’m assuming you filmed this over multiple days - sometimes the characters looked too clean/made up to be believably living rough. Maybe they could’ve been more “beat up” looking. Their hair is really too clean for example - for a 30 minute short you sometimes don’t let moments sink in for very long, making it feel really rushed or too rapid. After she stabs that woman in the neck in the opening scenes you could’ve stayed in that moment for a few seconds to make it more visceral Again just some thoughts, this is really well made and gripping!
I want to be clear that filming jn the outdoors exclusively with natural light, weather, sound issues is exceptionally difficult so this is a great achievement. I could never make something this good; I just know it’s hard to get helpful feedback on the internet sometimes!
