Hi you did not tell the formula to claculate the whole length of this spiral role. You can not use the 3.142xdia because it varies after one turn.

You will need a very precise scientific measuring tool to measure the thickness of a thin material. Two hundredth of an inch is very thin and an ordinary home measuring tool will have a very high error margin.

We have found this to work pretty well with about 10-15%

I think I'll just unroll it measure it, and roll it back up...lol
