I said it on someone else‘s video. Fake vents exists for a reason. It was a clever way for Toyota to install functioning vents in their GT3 cars. The regulation on GT3 prohibits certain body modification compared to the mass production model, so Toyota can install real vents in place of these fake ones. As a result Toyota can keep the cost down in the production models and have bypass for a real ones in GT3. Porsche said their wheel housing vents on their GT3 are functional above 140km/h so I assume it would be similar for the Supra.
I really appreciate you talking about your concerns about going from manual to automatic and being worried about it not being as much fun. I currently own a Mustang Mach 1 and the manual TREMEC transmission is absolutely incredible, I'm now worried if I go to any other manual transmission and it's not as good then I won't enjoy manual anymore haha. I really want a mk5 supra simply because I love the feeling of driving a fast small car, and being 6 2 myself I was worried I'd be too tall, so thanks for providing such helpful information!
Both, “flex” means that it can handle both. But a tune for up to E## is gonna be a good investment. So if I want to run up to e50 I would get a flex fuel tune for up to e50 mix that way if I run straight pump gas its good but I can put E in up to an e50 mix with no repercussions
Im sorry but did that supra really get an 8.8 1/4 mile time??? Either im reading that wrong or this car modified can legit compete with hyper cars at that speed.
@Gordon Green Most dealers are selling Supras for over MSRP, which puts it in the MSRP price range of the M2. Waiting to see what they do with the M2s. But if the Supra sold for 57k and the M2 sold for 67k, dollar for dollar, which one is the better buy?
50k? can get rs3 or used rs5 b9 s4 that can make power with simple mods and tune and awd so but i love how supra looks murderd out how id have it if i had one
That’s true but then you lose reliability with those options that Toyota brings. Also in terms of looks it’s personal preference but the MK5 is gorgeous

I agree on the auto supra its hella fun coming from driving a manual when I was 18 now 24 with a mk5 supra
I like that you immediately included S55/B58 sound clips 🎉

It's funny you say this - I have a Mach 1, and just bought a Supra. The transmission in the Supra is better, imo. More notchy with shorter throws.
This is interesting, so you went for the manual supra?
@@jamiecoulthurst2251yep
@@jamiecoulthurst2251 yep and i love it
I’m so confused, I thought you got rid of this car? Are these reloads?
What front lip do you have at 1:28? Looks like oem with beefier corners on the side but hard to tell because your Supra is black. Great vids btw.
I'm curious, why an e50 tune, and not something like e85?
I don’t think this vehicle will drop into the 30’s until either the market crashes or5-7 years from now.
its a supra i dont think itll be in the 30's long if at all.
pulling on an f8 like that is impressive
Does the fuel it kit and Visconti flex fuel kit both adjust to whatever e content is in the tank or just Visconti?

Why the supra have bmw steering and same about that screen
love this. Thank you
now the manual supra is out so u can getv6spd
In Australia $110,000 drive away……
Isnt this an old video?
This a duplicate channel?
Can't you flash the transmission with xHP Stage 3? Like you can in the m140i's same engine and gearbox
yea you can flash the tranny with xhp to get more torque out from the car
Supra or New G87 M2?
M2 for sure

@iker After seeing the UA-cam reviews on the new M2, you may be correct.
Watch the SavageGeese comparison. It depends on what you want in a car. But a lot would agree, Supra.

for 50k i would either go mk5 or the new rs3
Be prepared for pay another 20k for repairing that unreliable German junk. There’s no German performance cars as reliable as the Supra
@@kenchen704 The RS3 seems pretty reliable so far...
Your Car Is So Filthy!
I Want One Some Day!
Love It!
omggg i miss this car dude remember when you first started modding it
Seems too busy in the design. But the biggest reason not on my buying list is it’s missing Android Auto and ventilated seats.
i own a 2020 supra and iam IN LOVE
