Wow. What a breath of fresh air. Yes, it heavily draws on the 1990s dance scene, but holy heck they do it so well. Haven't been hooked this hard since Underworld was pumping out tracks.
Very reminiscent of 2000s Miami Horror, Bag Raiders, Van She sound etc - love it.

It's been on the tip of my tongue for so long; Confidence Man remind me of the 00s version of the Shamen. There's like this fun bouncy quality to their tunes mixed with this trancendant spiritual quality

It's not often I like modern music, was a DJ for decades and loved the rave scene and 70s, 80's too, but this track is an exception, it's well produced, has all the right ingredients and is very original. Made me get the TB 303 out of the box and have a session today.

I saw that set and turned me on to them via Aussie festival vids n interviews.Finally saw them last night at Camden Roundhouse and multiply any 'live' video by at least 100 times to get being there with all the awesome energy they create and get back from the crowd !!! They will blow you away 😎

it sounds like orbital because this is an obvious trash rework of the golden girls' (which is phil and paul hartnoll) "kinetic," an actually gorgeous track.
