i have always played it using dominant 7th chords, and adding the bass line on the bottom end. well, that is the way i played it in the 1970s and still do today. C7, F7 and G7. get in tune with the piano or and electric digital tuner, and learn the progressions off the record or cd. in reality, it has different guitar parts like an octave interval sliding up ect... there you would need another guitarist playing that part.

Marty when you play the C chord are you putting your little finger on the top E/6th string ? Sometimes input it on the e string but most times when playing C I just put the third finder on the A string in the third fret. Thanx I’m glad you like the channel. No need to send funds. Well correct me if I am wrong but this is not the exact chords u need to play C7 barre chord at the 8fret with some shuffle to F7 barre chord with shuffle back to C7 then G7 barre chord with shuffle walk to F... G F# F
yet another one who totally missed it, wow!! Yet another one!! That may be the way you play it or even the way he plays it, but that’s not the way I play it. This channel is called easy guitar tunes, I am trying to make the song simple for the purpose of this channel. You totally missed the boat friend. Seasoned musicians often times change cords, transpose, simplify, or even complicate to their liking. It’s been done for 100’s of years. You can play in the “like the song” box all you like, but please let others of all levels have the privilege of making their own choice. They will get there someday and make the choice then. Relax and and open your mind to other opinions, you may even enjoy playing outside that little box now and again, good luck
