That was a beautiful house. I would love to live there. Another gorgeous property bites the dust for cookie cutter garbage. Damn shame. Thanks for bringing us along Ethan. On to the next.
For sure! Right back to my high school days in the mid-90s when I'd hang out with kids with bigger houses in town. I can feel that dense green carpet in the basement. You know you're in a nice 90s house when you see that light forest green trim everywhere haha.
Hello Carol. I laughed when you wrote "land" lines because I have a land line. It's hooked up to the internet, so if I lose power, I lose my phone. It costs me about $60/year so you can't blame me. As well, I have never owned a cell phone and I find it pretty amusing to see people so engrossed in their phones everywhere I go. Like teenagers on a video game kind of attachment. Still, I see amazing things that you can do with a cell phone, like scan those things on your TV screen. I'm too old now for a cell phone and they have out priced themselves with me. Take care Carol. Good luck with the elections.
Wonderful house! I never get tired of mirrors and greeting And The glass tiles are making a big comeback in new houses. My friend just moved into a house with remodeled bathroom. Those glass tiles are in her awesome shower! Brings in so much natural light!
Hi Ethan 👋I think your right, looks like Pine in Basement. Thank you for the tour of Elec and HVAC, love it. Thanks again for great video🤗be safe and Take Care Son.
Breaks my heart that this house is now demolished - very beautiful memories were made through the years. . What an interesting appliance garage - as we call them here in the States - you found in the kitchen! The fragrant shrub is a Forsythia!
What an amazingly beautiful home! A rare and wonderful find in such immaculate condition, alot of TLC given to this place. The property is so beautiful and serene and gives such a tranquil vibe! Great find and explore!🤟✌️
Such loving care was given to this home for so many years. I didn’t see one thing that would make me not want this to be my forever home.😓. The master bath is probably the best one I’ve yet seen. The glass blocks, the kitchen, (and the aloe plant still there,) the lovely back porch leading to the pool, and the gorgeous lot that this beauty sits on is enough to make one sigh. What a disservice to just demolish her.
We had a granite border around our Italian tiles kitchen floor including into the dining room. My late husband did that in the early 90's. In 1982 (built in 1979) when we bought the house, there was a nice vinyl floor with a carpet border. I had laminate put in the kitchen in 2014 which covered up the granite borders and the big tiles which were cracked in places. Fun video. Thank you.
What a beautiful home I don't see why they need to tear it down and it was great to see you open the fridge and see how clean it was all the inside of the house was in mint condition I would be happy to live there and if you lifted up the pool cover you would see the water in the pool be clean and clear thank you Eathan for another great video
Such a beautiful home. What a shame it couldn't be saved. Thank you for always being so polite and professional. Your family should be very proud of you.
Oh wow, i really loved this one. The pine, carpet colour & wall sconces in the basement, the glass block feature (good choice too; a normal wall would've made that living room so dark), the creamy kitchen cabinetry, the green marble (or granite?) touches everywhere (it makes me wonder if it was the colour of the original kitchen counter top too). It was nice seeing the wall in the closet and bedroom/office bringing to mind a happy memory for you. 😊And you're right about the house looking well cared for...even the landscaping in the backyard was beautiful--the yellow colour of that bush was so striking! Nice to know it smelled as pretty as it looked! Thank you so much for the wonderful tour (i'm behind on some but i'm gonna binge watch tomorrow! 😃)
Very nice, Ethan. A shame that all these houses with such character are being knocked down for cookie cutter type buildings. They aren't even made as well as the houses they are tearing down. Keep up the good work exploring and maybe there is away of using your videos to save these houses the way they are. See you on the next one!
Hi Ethan, what a beautiful house..love the glass blocks 👌..really well taken care of ..I would nt have left this house ...thars a lot of town houses being built there ..what a shame...loved it nice find ..stay safe well and happy Ethan 💋
Seems such a waste that a huge 30 year old house is being torn down. Overall, it seems pretty clean and I like the spacious layout including the back deck. I know how you like those glass blocks, Ethan. Me, too. I'm sorry to see this one go, but thanks for sharing it with us!
Ethan I was watching the cool older house you just showed us, but their were no places to leave comments, it was a gorgeous house. Too bad the they tear down all the history. Thanks for ttf .
Seeing how even just a generation separation and things like encyclopedias and CD holders are so alien that they're unrecognizable says something, not sure what, but something.
guarantee you there’s things from the generation previous to what you’re speaking of that the generation before me has no idea what they are either. that’s just how it works.
@@ethanminnie I mean I never saw an 8 track in person, but knew what it was. This isn't saying anything about like Millennials/specific generations or you, but basic things like encyclopedias becoming so totally alien they're unrecognizable says a lot about how knowledge and media has changed so rapidly. And very specifically no, there isn't stuff from just a generation before me that's unrecognizable like this. That's the whole point, that's how quickly things are completely revolutionizing. There's nothing about that you should take personally, it speaks to how rapidly things are changing that it's even possible, not a failure of yourself or anyone else.
The front closet reminds me of the walls in the house in the movie Beetlejuice (1988). This house is from the 90's but it has things that remind me of earlier decades houses, like the tile entry, the glass bricks, the workbench in the basement, the many mirrors in the bathroom. That is a cool house rich people live there.
Such a beautiful well kept house. I wonder if what happens majority of the time is that the contractors come in and outbid folks cash upfront. Such a shame.
I get the impression that someone there really knew how to cook, judging from the herb garden....what a lovely place to lose to developers....what a delightful place...
I absolutely love this place , so clean and well taken care of. I hate land developers and those stupid ass townhouses they want to build everywhere. Quit destroying these beautiful lands and homes 😢😢😢
I love that house! I’d move right in and make minimal changes to it. The carpet would go, but not much else. The dishwasher shows these people had money. Miele appliances (pronounced by most as Me-Lay) are top of the line! That brand is common and a selling point in Beverly Hills mansions. I hear you, and several other explorers try to prove you’re not a realtor and that the house is being demolished. I hope you know that some people just like to troll and argue, so you’ll never please them and the majority of us normal people don’t doubt you a bit! I live in California, but even I know that perfectly good homes are being torn down in the GTA! Don’t worry about the trolls..
I can tell Ethan that this is already going to be an awesome house let's get into the shall we❤❤ the heat index is like a little over a hundred degrees out here in Wisconsin with the humidity and dew points Canada's got to be pretty warm right now
It takes a lot of earth resources - cutting down tree's etc, to build these homes so they should not tear them down..Put the house back on the market and sell it, or help families in need with a place to live temporary so they get a fresh start in life again..etc People have more money than brains these day's??
Hey ethan how you doing it's Matt from the states again. In anybody's right mind, could anybody waste and a beautiful house like that? I mean come on that's A shame to have that beautiful house. The beautiful yard, the swimming pool, I could just imagine what that whole yard looked like, in the springtime, everything blooming, the grass, something I mean, how can they? How can they tear down a house like that? It's a shame it's a waste. The thing that's a shame Once all of these houses are gone They're gonna be gone forever. I mean, I could just picture myself a big screen TV in the basement Sitting there, watching a movie with the family and it's just a cozy place just like the rest of the house. There's nothing wrong with that house, but it's a shame it's going to be torn down.I don't get it.I just don't get it.What a waste. You show awesome houses all the time. I love watching your channel.Keep Doing what you're doing and I look forward to seeing you soon again. Thanks matt from michigan
This house and yard is one of my top 3 favorite properties I’ve seen you cover. Beautiful in a comfortable and homey, not museum way. I’m sure you missed it having a grand stairway, though😄
That was a beautiful house. I would love to live there. Another gorgeous property bites the dust for cookie cutter garbage. Damn shame. Thanks for bringing us along Ethan. On to the next.
So sad to see a lovely cozy home be demolished Ethan. Beautiful.
Coming from an 80's kid. This house is so cozy and comfortable. Makes my Soul happy. Reminds me of my youth
For sure! Right back to my high school days in the mid-90s when I'd hang out with kids with bigger houses in town. I can feel that dense green carpet in the basement. You know you're in a nice 90s house when you see that light forest green trim everywhere haha.
Me too.
I couldn’t leave this house, it’s beautiful.
They really took care of this house it’s so clean and beautiful I love this sad too see this has to go
One of my favorites. Would love living there. Just right!
They still sell those kind of phones. Some people still have "land" lines. Great video. Beautiful house. Thank you.

I can't believe they're tearing this down . There's nothing wrong with it and it's so beautiful ❤
Just another beautiful house. Thank you for showing us
What a waste, so sad its being torn down
Love that bar area in the basement. Straight out of the 90’s! So cool
Wonderful house! I never get tired of mirrors and greeting And The glass tiles are making a big comeback in new houses. My friend just moved into a house with remodeled bathroom. Those glass tiles are in her awesome shower! Brings in so much natural light!

House is so nice!!! Someone could use it! Shame. Great explore Ethan!😊😊😊
Hi Ethan 👋I think your right, looks like Pine in Basement. Thank you for the tour of Elec and HVAC, love it. Thanks again for great video🤗be safe and Take Care Son.
Such a beautiful home, sad they're tearing it down, you could see they took care of it & you could feel the love in the home.
You are right ethan the wood in the basement is called knoted pine because of the dark spots are called knots
Breaks my heart that this house is now demolished - very beautiful memories were made through the years. . What an interesting appliance garage - as we call them here in the States - you found in the kitchen! The fragrant shrub is a Forsythia!
Gorgeous house! My mom also had a ball hanging in her garage to show her where to stop.
What an amazingly beautiful home! A rare and wonderful find in such immaculate condition, alot of TLC given to this place. The property is so beautiful and serene and gives such a tranquil vibe! Great find and explore!🤟✌️
What a shame. Such a beautiful home!! Beautiful yard also!

That's a scoreboard for pool. Great video. Thanks
This house is beautiful abd was well taken care of, it’s just a shame. 😟. Thanks for sharing. Take care and be safe.🫶🏻🤠
Thanks Ethan for showing us this beautiful house. I 'd check on that shed and see if I could buy it cheap because it was nice.
Very nice house. Love the basement.

The shed could make a cozy little tiny home for someone. Love the back yard - those big fir trees are beautiful.
Such a beautiful home. What a shame it couldn't be saved. Thank you for always being so polite and professional. Your family should be very proud of you.

Awesome sauce, cool beans. You’ve done it again Ethan!! This place is gorgeous, I want to live here now. So wrong to tear it down.

What a nice home, it’s awesome
I get the impression that someone there really knew how to cook, judging from the herb garden....what a lovely place to lose to developers....what a delightful place...
This house was so amazing 😭😭
Some very tasteful updates, but nothing too drastic. I’m sure the upstairs probably had a lot more carpet likely more teal.
Loved this one ethan, what a shame
I absolutely love this place , so clean and well taken care of. I hate land developers and those stupid ass townhouses they want to build everywhere. Quit destroying these beautiful lands and homes 😢😢😢
Ethan you are so funny toward the end of the video--smelling around the 'spices.' Thank you for your work. Love this house.

Completly not an attractive dwelling. As I tuned in I thought you were reporting from an office. Still a great video Ethan. Nice work as usual.
Now this is a fantastic house, nice find
Pretty sure that was a drafting table in the workshop room
I can tell Ethan that this is already going to be an awesome house let's get into the shall we❤❤ the heat index is like a little over a hundred degrees out here in Wisconsin with the humidity and dew points Canada's got to be pretty warm right now
You find all of my dream homes!
Yes, that’s pine for sure in the basement

I love this house
Yup! In the states it’s called a one story or a ranchette if it’s on property. Well, at least in California it is.
What a beautiful house Ethan 😁
Just beautiful ❤
Awesome 🏠 n Awesome basement 😎
Thanks!
thank you!
I love those glass blocks ❤ Another amazing home.
I’m glad they dug up plants or someone did. I loved the rec room. It looked like an amazing place for kids.

There’s nothing I don’t love about this home. Thank you Ethan👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🫶
That 90s basement carpet was THE BESTTTTT! 🤩
have you ever got a comment that you've explored someone's former house?
I like watching your videos, i do Sims 4 builds randomly, and it gives me ideas for house layouts on there.
Great video
The dish washer was a Miele, prob 3000 then.
With Power? Very nice, wow, now, there’s that Basement, it gets it so beautiful.
This house and yard is one of my top 3 favorite properties I’ve seen you cover. Beautiful in a comfortable and homey, not museum way. I’m sure you missed it having a grand stairway, though😄
i thought it was very warm and welcoming too.
Amazing video Ethan I really like the house 🏠 I can't believe they won't Rent it out to someone
I think the bust in the basement was Bach
It's too bad they are tearing the home down. It's so nice! I'd love to live in there. With a few updates, it would be amazing!
No way would I sell
That is one of the weirdest master baths I have eve seen. So choppy and small.
