Thank you! I went in the official customer service and they asked me 2 business days to do a analysis and more 3 business days to order the new battery in Greece. I was pissed off with it and I Google a electronic store and ordered by myself the battery and found the a kit with precision screwdrivers. Following your video I did everything correct in 55 minutes! Now I have a new Watch for me 😍 Thank you!
Thank you sir, your tutorial on how to replace the samsung s3 frontier battery is detailed on youtube. Previously I used a cellphone repair service but he refused because of his lack of knowledge, finally I did it myself with your help. Once again, thank you
OK, the watch face guy was a little creepy but entertaining. I just ordered the battery kit and your video seriously was great. I don't think it should be an issue. Thanks for taking the time to post this.
@@HundredPercentSteve Thanks brother. Is there actually a limit for battery capacity? Wish I could expend it as much as possible but I known thats not as simple
I have the same problem. I have to run the watch at 'power saving mode' to keep it running for 2 days. I was going to replace the battery myself, but I didn't want to screw it up, so it's $80 to have a pro do it. And it's guaranteed to work correctly. If I did it, nuthin' if it don't work.
@@HundredPercentSteve 3 came out really easy, looks like Samsung was using blue loctite on them. 4th screw just won’t bite the screwdriver, I don’t think it’s stripped. I have a suspicion of extra loctite and cheap screw driver..?
@@tysonholm6795 Unless you get that screw out I don't know if there's anything you can do. Sorry, I wish I had some magical advice for you but I don't. All you can do is try a different screwdriver.
I don't know about you guys but my watch had so much glue holding the back cover in that it snap all the plastic tools. Also after installing a need battery my watch no longer works. I think the ribbon cable got damage.
well, nice video, but Samsung has now GLUDED IT ALL TOGETHER with what is actually a non hardening white gasket material. Probably to waterproof this case. The case WILL NOT pry apart as demonstrated. I had to use a razor blade slowly and carefully cut through the material and pry it open using the razor blade as the pry tool to get the plastic pry tool inserted. This probably destroyed any moisture integrity. Same for the battery, at least 2x the adhesive that was shown in your video.
@@HundredPercentSteve no. It didn't. Sent the watch into the Dallas repair facility. They said $190 to fix it. A week later, "we're waiting for a part to repair it. omg that was something, yeah it was an easy instructions on how to remove and replace the batter, when I get my battery in two days, so now I know how to replace it. But do me a favor and don't use the high pitch for the steps going forward, you sound find in the instructions just use your normal voice.

The link has been corrected. Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks bro helped alot
Thank you so much man

Sorry to hear that.
Can you use a 400 mah instead of 380, and are bugger battery compatible
You can use a 400 mAh battery. I provided a link below in description. That's what I used and I recommend it.

Nice video big issue was the hinge came off for me, is there a way to fix that
Probably not. But not sure.
One of my screws won’t come out on the back cover……any thoughts?
Does the screw tighten up or is it stripped?

I have samsung gear s3 frontier and the battery last about 8 hours. Is it as easy to replace the battery as you show in your video?
If you have any kind of mechanical aptitude, it should work out fine. There are unknowns like screws that don't come loose. Keep that in mind.👍
@@HundredPercentSteve i paid 75 a couple years ago. Works great except for the battery not lasting long. Thanks
Sir can you order battery for my Samsung gear s3.thank u I'm from Philippines
Will the watch still be waterproof after this battery replacement???
If you don't destroy the seal by taking it apart, it should be the same as before.

Great instruction video but the little "Step one"...etc voice scared the hell out of my rabbit 😱
🤣
The back cover screws are not coming out help!
The back screws can be a little tricky but if they don't come out I don't have any advice. I'm sorry you're having trouble.
How did you get the screws out so easily
That’s a stronger battery. I bought a 3.85 as it is what my watch came with. I have heard of new battery frying the watch. Not sure why.
