Laura had the Filet Mignon-this premium cut was grilled to perfection and accompanied by gratin potatoes, rosemary gravy, and caramelized onions with a touch of red wine reduction. It might just be the best filet mignon we’ve ever had! 🥩
Mila went for the Grilled Chicken Mayan Style, served with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. The chicken was prepared to perfection with "Achiote," but Mila chose the grilled option for a simple, flavorful dish. 🍗
Killian had the Chicken Quesadilla with gouda cheese, wrapped in flour tortillas, and seared until perfectly crisp. It was served with a side of guacamole, made with fresh, local avocados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice, along with pico de gallo. A classic dish that always delivers! 🌮
Michael enjoyed the Tequila Seafood Delight, featuring shrimp, octopus, scallops, calamari, and mussels, sautéed with butter, garlic, and tomato, then flambéed with a touch of Herradura Reposado tequila. Garnished with fresh parsley, this dish brought the bold flavors of the sea straight to our table. 🍤
