Dr. Mato, you are an "angel from heaven" to someone newly diagnosed like me.
Your explanations are simple and easy to understand.
Your message is hopeful and "the answer to prayer" for someone newly diagnosed with a cancer doctor who is busy with cancer patients who have a more serious diagnosis and haven't the time for extended explanations.
    Thank you!

Thank you. This is so encouraging. In November of 2012, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During my mastectomy and lymph nose removal, my attentive surgeon noticed my lymph nodes had an odd texture and took extra niodes. As he suspected, it came back as Chronic Lymphocytic Lymphoma. I am now breast cancer free and continue with the "watch and wait" in regards to the CLL. I read and watch information provided by LRF and it is so exciting and encouraging to see new developments in this past 7 years. I hope I will never need treatment, but I also feel confident if I ever do. Thank you.

Dr. Anthony R. Mato is a rock star. There isn't a finer and more competent human on the planet. He is the only Doctor I would allow to treat me.

Thank you, just diagnosed with CLL during routine exam. Bone marrow biopsy, US of Abdomen, CXR and lots of lab work.
I am 61 and asymptomatic, of course I'm scared and searching for answers and knowledge. This was very informative.

In November of 2012, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During my mastectomy and lymph node removal, my attentive surgeon noticed that lymph nodes were "odd in texture" and removed extra nodes. As he suspected, the report came back showing small lymphocytic lymphoma. I am not breast cancer free and remain with the "watch and wait" in regards to the CLL. I continue to read and watch new information from LRF and it is so encouraging to see the progress made in the past 7 years. I hope to never be in need of treatment, but I have confidence should that ever change. Thank you .

Thanks for the info.Hoping that here in NZ they may begin to move on from watch and wait and use of chemo. And start to use those new oral target drugs. The fatigue is debilitating

Who is the best CLL specialist in the Baltimore-Washington, DC area? I was just diagnosed with CLL at my annual check up. I have a good Dr., but I want the best. If you were in D.C., Dr. Mato, I would come see you.....kind of hard to come to NY during a pandemic! Thanks for your video.
