Professionally done! Toasting onion and ginger-garlic paste in the same pan was interesting, as the flavors of both retained as such. Final garnishing induced appetite. Thanks.
Almost all the curry and biryani process is very similar though ..oil, ghee, garam masala items, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, garam masala powder, Daniya powder, chilli powder , tomato paste and goes on... anyways will try this curry looks yummy
In North Indian cooking, all these ingredients are used. We use dal, asofoetida in almost all dishes. Keralites use coconut much. Each region has its unique way.

Why do You you need to cook the cauliflower florets separately instead of in the same pot after you make the onion gravy? Hoping to save some steps and pot cleaning 😅.
@@JyosKitchenWorld ah, that makes sense. In the US we get pre-washed and pre-cut florets that don’t have any worms. Still I just soak in salt water for mental satisfaction. I never got any worms. I think next time I will just add directly to the pot :-)
@@dasikakn I am an Indian living in the USA. I used to put cauliflower in boiling water when I was in India. After coming to the USA, I followed the soaking method initially but never got worms (in India we will get sometimes). Also, after seeing people eating raw cauliflower dipped in mayonnaise in my church potluck,, I just skipped putting cauliflower in boiling water method.. happy it saves my time

Always try to use cauliflower after boiling /blanching to remove worms that we usually get between the florets

Great recipe but adding curd into hot gravy can be dangerous to health.
What is gram flour? And how do you replace curd? Exotique recipe with exotique ingrédients.
It's also called chickpea flour .. You can replace curd with yogurt
Gramflour is channadal flour or chickpea flour. If don't like to add curd add more tomatoes while adding
Ive replaced gram flour with lupin flour and curd with sour cream/crème fraiche to make it more keto friendly. Very yummy.
