Just got my 27in wall oven, used it a few times, loved it, however the cord could have been at least 2 feet longer. My previous wall ovens had a much longer cord. A 10 ft. available extension is a little pricey since paying a premium price for this one.

Is the oven in the combo the same as the oven with steam, air fry, etc?

I have just purchased a Frigidaire Professional series PCWS3080 (Feb 2023) and got a F45 error code after 3 weeks of use which I think is pretty poor quality control for Frigidaire. I have had the Professional series in my previous homes and no issues. I would like to think this is a "one off" issue but have come across other complaints elsewhere about this particular error code, which relates to the top fan rpm. It is disappointing because now I have to wait for 2-3 weeks before the service tech can install a replacement fan assy. Advice? Make sure you have good warranty.

I have the probe but I don't have the connection hole on my oven??? Where would my connection be?

For the model shown in this video, the connection would be on the outer trim around the door, in the upper corner. The connection spot should be red in colour. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for your question!

You can absolutely use both ovens at the same time. You can even set them to different temperatures. It's perfect for multitasking when you're cooking a huge family dinner. Thanks for your question!

In the control panel, you will see controls for each oven individually. So they can be set to different temperatures, and they can even be set for different functions. For example, you can air fry in one, and roast a turkey in the other, all from one control panel.

I've lost all faith in Electrolux Ovens (and fridges, really). Our wall oven died right before Thanksgiving...seems Electrolux, for it's high price point, didn't put a heat shield between the convection venting and the motherboard. NOT a good time to come up with thousands of dollars for a new oven right now!!!
