I first tried Muscadine grapes at the Farmer’s Market last summer-and I really do love them and plan on growing some next year. Since we are temporarily renting a house in Knoxville-I grew everything in grow bags this year and had great success. My tomatoes are about done producing, but my okra and peppers are still going! I also have a few small trees and berry bushes in grow bags-and plan on transferring those to our property up in northeast Tennessee in the spring. I think I’m taking a break this fall-but I’ll still keep working on storing food and other essentials during these uncertain times.
