Not only that, but the Mig-31Ks are especially troublesome for them because the Russians are using them to launch Kinzhals, X-101s, X-22s, X-59, guided aerial bombs and gliding bombs. So taking them out will make close air support and long range bombing far more difficult for Russia.

Air Force bases will have a Petroleum, Oils & Lubricants (POL) squadron in charge of... well petroleum. This includes the base's fuel tanks, oil storage building, & refueling aircraft. Plus cryogenics like liquid oxygen & liquid nitrogen.
So, it's likely an ATACMS hit their fuel & oil tanks and storage buildings. A very lucrative target that can cripple a base. Forces them to truck in fuel.
Lox? That would explain the really large explosion in the video. Nothing like a mixture of fuel, lox, and an igniter for a big badda boom.

Looks like M57 series ATACMS are finally used, if the claims are true then it’s a big win for Ukrainians. MiG-27 Flogger-J is already out of service so it could be Su-27 Flanker, which are stationed in Crimea.

Best comment I read earlier: Russia claims shooting down a hundred TIE Fighters and a Star Destroyer.
It's more than clear that we naively believed that the cold w ar end marked the beginning of a new era of exploration, progress and wealth, and started to share knowledge with the former enemies. Only that they never gave up their secret goals and smiled nicely and shook hands every time, only to amass more and more resources for the day when they would launch their offensive. And that day came and went and we couldn't believe it.

The Mig31 is being used as a launch platform for "hypersonic" missiles (effectively air-launched Iskander missiles) as Ukraine has no aircraft which need a Mig31 to intercept them. I think that's a worthwhile target, but the Su27 is what the Russians are using over the Black Sea and getting rid of a few of those might well make future commando operations a bit safer. I suspect that the Su27 might have a more suitable radar for maritime strike than some of the more recent Russian fighters.
