Wow you really put Mrs. X on the spot with so much presence in front of her. It's great that she is honest about what she thinks and feels about everything. I think it would have been better if she gave her opinion on the fairy tale statues from Sideshow. At least she can enjoy being candid about those things she appreciates. My favorite part of it all is that it's obvious that she loves you and is willing to put up with all those presences that means something to you. I'm sure that after all Mrs X and 1, 2, 3 are your most priced collection. All I can say is congratulations on acquiring them and enjoy their presence as much as possible.

I like hearing her thoughts on these not being a huge fan. At least she tries to care about your hobby. That's a win. My wife doesn't care. Lol

Who wouldn't enjoy waking up to a mythical fire demon next to your bed? 🤪 One of my favorite large diorama statues is of The X-men fighting a sentinel. I saw it in a display case at a local collectibles store. It's amazing and does require a decent size display case to properly showcase it.
Cool video. It's interesting to see a person who does not have a connection to the characters judge the pieces just based on their artistic merit alone.

Your collection is absolutely insane. Where did you start in the hobby? How quickly did you move into statues? I see a bunch of Slabs displayed throughout your statues. Do you collect Original Art at all, be it Commission Sketches, Published Pages, or Covers?
I'd love to get into statues at some point, but space is an issue. With Original Art, I just put it in 11x17" Portfolio for safe keeping until I'm ready to frame it!
I have a video that goes through my history on it. Mostly statues, autographs, and graded comics though. Short answer is what I’ve collected has evolved over the past 8 years
I’ve always enjoyed watching your videos. You know how to keep it entertaining. Plus you command presence 😂. Love your collection as usual. Mrs X and you are great!
It’s always nice to get someone’s opinion on your collection that really don’t know the characters or have any “skin in the game”. I often do that when I’m deciding between two statues to get because I know the person I ask will just give me an honest opinion on which one looks better because they have no connection to the characters or could care less which company made it.
Love all your down to earth collection videos, good to know I'm not alone in the statue world. Common life themes. The wife that doesn't care for them, the kids that don't care for anything (floordrobe, socks on the stairs) and awesome statues that most people just don't get. I salute you Sir Mr & Mrs X.

Great relationship, wonderful collection. How do you dust the statues? Most of my pieces are behind glass, but keeping dust out of the top of my Bowen Galactus's helmet is challenging.

I've always wanted a hulk statue but I can't afford them and probably never will so I usually admire your channel and others just so I can dream about how cool it would be just to own one thank you and have blessed day.
As a married man myself with 3 kids I know that you are doing very well for yourself as your wife could care less what crap you buy as long as she and the kids are taking care of. ( especially those nice vaca’s) have fun bro

Details to look at for days!! Some of those statues would benefit from a rotating display, but I know anything outside of a museum or maybe throne pose wouldn't work because of details that extend past the base.
