Finding Hope Again by Neil T. Anderson is an excellent resource for those struggling with depression. This series can be used in both large and small group settings. I had severe depression but was cured thanks to a Chinese doctor who had a reputation for curing hard cases of depression. She figured out the cause by asking a few questions about my diet. The depression was due to bad gut bacteria, cured with antibiotics.
It would be wonderful if you all would demonetize these fabulous videos so commercials about pooping and such would stop interrupting the videos. 💝
