Funny enough, when I first started my survival world, I couldn't find any decent lava pool, so I had to gather obsidian using a small dripstone lava farm. And only after I got myself a nether portal and an enchanting table, I found a proper lava pool pretty close to my base - just over a nearby hill!
Regarding the "trap doors as walls" tip: I've recently loved using "walls" (as in the stone version of fences) as, well, walls because the little offset means you can get some nice looking variations both on the inside and out; for example, a cheap four-wall house looks almost passable if you use wood logs in the corners and then connect them with stone brick walls. You can even use glass panes pretty seamlessly. Only problem I haven't figured out a pretty solution for is that doors don't line up well, so you might have to work around that a bit. Still, I think it's an underused block, especially now that we have so many variants (and even more if you use mods!)
Use logs around the doors. That way it seems like its made for that maybe even put a door and two logs one block outside, like some of the old houses had
For me, Scaffolding isn't difficult to make because of the bamboo. You find one jungle area, knock down one, and it grows at a very high rate. No, it's the STRING that's the problem. The only ways to really get string are spiders and cobwebs. If you're not dungeon delving or spending a lot of time hunting at night, you don't tend to get a lot of it.

Campfires give you, like, 1-5 charcoal.
So, having a solid tree farm can get you near infinite charcoal.
(In bedrock, at least)
2:15 instead of trap doors you could use walls. Unless you want wooden walls.
Thank you for teaching me how to place stuff on top of blocks like chests and furnaces
For the item frame one, you could just use pressure plates
Why hello went to make a deal?

#20 - 7:38 - Just a suggestion you can do - You could put a campfire under the furnace a few blocks down to have bigger smoky effect!

I havent played minecraft in years and yet I still watch videos like these lmao
Hey, I've got a cool farm that I (think I) made up. If you create an upside down T, (trust me this isn't a joke) then surround it with cobble, remove the inner structure, place lava on the top and water in the little indents, you can make a stone farm so you don't have to waste fuel.
My friend makes a lot of those in my mc world but without the lava and water!

Is it just me or every time he has a new idea in my head I’m like “wow that’s a great idea” knowing damn well I’ll never get around to using it in my actual world
no body cares
2:33 that looks more like a harpsichord, organ or an old saloon piano. Neat idea tbh!
Just saying, for the home screen or whatever the right thing for the pigs kind of looks like the Shwatsika
Yes it does

Thought it was called Swatiska
WHY IS NOBODY MENTIONING THE PIG SWASTIKA
Because it isn't one
Wait where?
For the piano one, I found that the loom texture more easily resembles the strings of the grand piano, rather than the keys.
