One of my favourite walks - although recently slightly spoilt by a local farmer whose actions haven’t helped the mud problem. Really enjoyed the video. Thank you!
Hi Mike and Teresa, we met you going the opposite way on the muddy stretch of this walk. Agree this is a good walk with Belas Knap making a really interesting half way point. Once you are there it is downhill all the way back!!!
Out on D of E with our student! Great afternoon walking up Balas Knap, will be showing our students this video when back in school to help with there expedition work.
Trod all those paths many times, but never in as much mud; snow covered Belas Knap last winter probably shielded it. At 5:53- 6:01, opportunity to track final moments left to right of last February`s meteor strike of the town. Part of meteor on display in town museum!
Hi Zoe, congratulations you have won the 2 course meal for 2 at the White Hart, please could you send us some contact details to mikeandteresaexplore@gmail.com. Thanks, Mike.
@@MikeandTeresaExplore Only just realised that on the trip aforementioned (with caravan) we bumped into you on the next bit on from Belas Knap (with our 2 dogs).
I've only been to Belas Knap once and I really enjoyed discovering it! Such a cool place. Way better than Stonehenge if you ask me ;-) But MAN that mud you had on your walk was something!! haha
Yes it was rather muddy when we did this walk, although it didn't spoil our walk it made filming rather difficult. So many ancient sites around the Cotswolds will try and get to some others next year.

Was fun seeing you all out and about. Hope your students enjoy the video.
We adore Winchcombe! Since we live in Cheltenham all summer and frequent the Cotswolds, we drive by it all the time! I love the flags in it!
Winchcombe is certainly close and has so many different walking routes. The flags are a very nice touch in the village too.
Beautifully shot video and lots of excellent info. I look forward to seeing more videos from you both! I’ve done the walk and it’s really great.
Thank you, we do enjoy making videos glad you enjoyed it.
The views are amazing. Thank you for sharing with us another fantastic video ❤
Your welcome thanks for commenting.
One of my favourite walks in Winchcombe! Last time I did it me and the dog got snowed off!
Would be great to do in the snow.
It was lovely, I’m hoping for a bit more snow in February to do the hunting walk in the snow! Just got back from a lovely trip round symonds yat!
Symonds Yat is lovely.
One of my fave walks, great video footage of the area 😀
Thanks we loved it too.
Thank you for sharing. I'm planning to do this walk in September along with many others from Winchcombe.
Yes there are plenty to choose from.
Good video, and agree about the mud! Nice to meet you today.
Nice to see you too Tim.

I think most of the mud was due rain over around Xmas period. Had dried out but bet it’s not so good again now. Thanks for the comment.
This is a lovely walk!
It is next time we’ll do it when it’s warmer and less muddy.

Thank you for a lovely introduction to this walk. I remember the mud well from my first wander up to Belas Knap! The views are wonderful aren’t they?
Your welcome, yes fantastic views of our wonderful countryside. Yes the mud was a challenge.
Very nice. I've done about half of the cotswold way, and not yet done this stretch. About to book a caravan trip.
Super, hope there is less mud for you. We hope to have our Broadway section completed soon.
