This is one of the most emotionally draining yet uplifting albums in KPOP and it's been YEARS and I've still yet to find a single piece of KPOP work--group or soloist--that made me feel the things I felt upon listening to this album. Purpose (Repackaged) is THE best KPOP album I have ever listened to. Oh my god, the full version of *Drawing Our Moments* will scalp you BALD.
Taeyeon opened her 'S concert with this song. This song as an opener for a concert was seriously epic. She hit all those high notes as well. This whole album is going to a fun trip. The instrumentals for this album are just top tier
Sorry to say, but now you are finally in the beginning of serious struggle when it comes to Taeyeon song ranking. 😂 Different great songs and she sings so many styles but sounds always as great as she does. I think she started her 'Unseen' concerts with 'Here I am' (?) Very good quality MVs. Must've been mindblowing to witness that there. Taeyeon is just... you know.
Purpose is a masterpiece. Fav Taeyeon album and one of my all time favorite albums that I own (it came with a huuuge poster). This song is majestic, you're gonna have lots of trouble ranking the songs on this one (I vote for Drawing Our Moments).😅

This album is an utter masterpiece, and every song on it made it into my top 100 most listened to for the year it was released. Get ready to start fighting for your life with this ranking haha.

The King's vibe is what I feel whenever she sings this song... Like she rules a kingdom. You def have to watch her live stage (her 'S concert) where she wore a crown attached to a red veil
Yeah dude when I first heard ‘here I am’, I was imagining her as Joan of Arc. She’s running a kingdom about to go to war, and this song is like the background music before the war starts, during, and end. The big climax at the end was everything. This song was definitely her war song
I always said, my fave album is My Voice because my voice is my picture of Taeyeon as a singer. But purpose is different beast, every single song is top tier
Maybe you imagine the castle because the songs tempo is waltz. I think this is the first song in 'K- pop' genre I have heard which is waltz. But 'K- pop' doesn't match with Taeyeon very well she's a genre of her own.
